+ -1 moreMen were very straightforward and honest that we did not have a significant problem. The water leakage we did have could be easily remedied through landscaping. I appreciated that they were willing to tell us we did not need to spend thousands on the basement! They saved us a great deal of time and money.
Description of Work: Assessed the water in our basement and looked at the outside of the house.

+ 1 moreDave completed the project, while I was out of the country. He called me the day I returned, to explain what he found and what he did to make the repair. We haven't had significant rain since the project was completed, but we have had rain and so far, I have had no more leaking problems.
Description of Work: Dave has completed several home improvement projects for me. Most recently due to having water leaking into my basement, he excavated the foundation wall to determine the source of the leak, sealed the area and back filled the area.
