The initial quote appointment was rescheduled twice. The job was an interior cut in a poured concrete wall. This may not be their area of expertise. The crew arrived unprepared: equipment that needed repairs, no dust mask/ear protection for this extremely dusty, noisy work, no clean-up supplies other than a wet vac for the mud-like conditions. I contacted the office to inquire about further clean-up, and asked for a return call from the supervisor to ensure proper supplies were sent with the crew. Two weeks later (and the day before changed to PM instead of AM--so be prepared to be flexible with your work schedule) they sent a second crew armed only with a broom and a bucket to haul debris out. Once again, no dust masks for the workers breathing in 90 year old concrete and lead paint dust. Since the broom was even less effective than the wet vac, I loaned them a mop and bucket, which they used. As to the cut made, it is a bit wavy and the corner is not very clean. Unfortunate experience.

They don?t finish the inside of the job, and our front yard is all torn up. The window itself is great, but wished they would have cleaned up after themselves.

They were on time, they were friendly and explained what they were doing and the job was difficult and challenging and they returned to get it done. It was a 2 day project that turned into 3 and they even came to work on it on a Saturday.

I had them install an egress window mid-July. I was pretty happy with the window. Late August we had the major rains and the window held up great. Unfortunately, the dirt they back filled sunk 1.5 feet down around the entire perimeter 2-3 feet out. This was not a complaint for me, it happens with back fill. What was a problem was that I sent dozens of texts and phone calls to empty promises to bring me more dirt for almost 2 months. Then suddenly they tell me they won't bring the dirt since they considered this "landscaping" which was not included in the contract, without even coming to see the extent of the issue. This was a backfill problem, NOT landscaping. They FINALLY conceded to bring dirt, but complained they'd have to rent equipment to get to the backyard. At this point I just said put it in my driveway and I'd move it. So, this past Saturday, I (at almost 50 years old) spent 5 hours moving a huge pile of dirt instead of the people with young men and machinery that I paid $6,000 to do the work. On top of that, they dumped the dirt across the entire front of my garage instead of to the side (2 car driveway), trapping my car in the garage until I finished moving the dirt. So, either they were being massive jerks about it, or just incredibly stupid.
