"Tim was highly professional and punctual in fact they showed up an hour early. I wasn’t able to be home while Tim was performing the work. But he kept me in the loop the entire time. He claimed that was supposed to be for they was going to wave the diagnostic fee that was for the parts in the service, never came back out. I haven`t heard from him."
