Things didn't go very well. There's some repairs that needed to be done, there was a hole in the plywood in the floor and they came and just nailed some chunks of wood to the bottom of it, it didn't look professional. And somebody backed over a brand new culvert and nobody ever took responsibility for it.

Initially we felt very comfortable moving forward with Miracle Homes, however as we got further into the process it became extremely frustrating as they seemed very disorganized internally and there was some finger pointing which we did not care for. Ultimately we felt we had to plead for things to get done and finally had to end our contract (which cost us our downpayment and other costs incurred for obtaining financing) as we lacked the confidence we once had in Miracle. While Miracle continued to indicate they could meet our needs it was very stressful for us and ultimately the excitement we had once felt was gone and frustration had taken hold. We also were told that the packages offered to us we were getting at a fabulous price and that Miracle was taking a loss; and that appeared to be true from the repeated confirmations that they would take a loss in order to rebuild their client base, but they could not afford to offer the packages for much longer and absorb that kind of loss. Not until we got the appraisal did we discover that this is not done at a loss as we were told. Response times for critical items to move the build forward we painfully long and constant reminders on our part were necessary. We thought this was a home builder that would build our new home and we were so excited but that is not to be with the folks at Miracle. We realize others have had a wonderful experience with Miracle and we truly expected and hoped we could have reported back with a positive review. Do your homework and seek out pricing from other builders just to be sure you have selected the right builder for you. It should be a wonderful time and experience for each homebuilder. Best Wishes.

UPDATE: I am happy to report that no major concerns have arisen. They have returned numerous times to fix this and that as we encountered minor things needing correction over the first year, which is to be expected. New homes settle and cracks appear, floors come loose and squeak. They took care of every issue brought to their attention. I have no regrets choosing Miracle Homes for our custom home.

Everything about the company was fine. Their prices were exactly what they said they were going to be. There was no hidden costs or extra fees or anything like that. Everything was done on schedule.

They did an awesome job. They even came back a year after to make sure if we had any settling cracks and then they redid all those. They always kept in contact pretty much the whole first year or even more. I had a problem even after 3 years and they said we will come back and fix it. They are not your average home builders, they are different. If anybody chooses them as a home builder, it probably will be the best decision they will make.

The work was done well and I was very satisfied with the service. They made sure to give us a lot of great ideas for what we wanted to have installed. I would recommend this company to anyone. The work was done with great detail and at a reasonable cost.

Miracle was a good company to deal with. I feel that they probably do better work than other contractors out there. We have had no major problems since we moved into our home. We also found them pleasant to deal with on a personal level.

The overall experience was good. Our Sales rep could have helped us a bit more along the way. We were new to home building and needed some extra help that we did not receive.
