Everything went very quickly. Only complaint that we have, is once the closing happened we didn't hear anything. No card, no phone call, nothing thanking us for selling our home through Jenkins. Just didn't seem right.

Listed in Late June 2016 and closed Late October. Had about 20 showings, had excellent feedback from possible buyers. We were lucky, agent, office manager and broker were helpful, knowledgeable, and always there when we needed them. Always get an agent or firm that is working for you, makes life easier. Northern Wisconsin is not an easy place to sell a house due to low number of buyers So get a Real Estate Firm that understands the area. Research, listen and work with a good Agent and Real Estate firm. Our sale was smooth because of this
