 + -1 moreGave him all the insurance money and the work was not completed. The work that was completed was done with the lowest of standards. Make sure he completes ALL the work before you pay him. He doesn't return call unless he is waiting on you to pay! WARNING!!!!

 + -1 moreDoug does not return phone call after he gets your money. So have him complete ALL the work first then pay him. Also make sure all the work is done like you would expect a professional to do. WARNING!!!!
