carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreVery poor service over all. We are having another company come in and do the tear out and put back. I would never recommend this company. I would not call them for any reason.
Description of Work: Removed remaining water from a water line break in my basement. Didn't bother to remove boxed items from the second room that had water leak into it. They said they would come back the next day to start taking the paneling off the walls to see what damage was behind the walls. They returned only to remove the soaked carpet from the one bedroom. I asked about the tear out and put back and they didn't seem interesting in the job. (which my insurance would cover) They said they would be back on Friday. This happened Monday Memorial day. I called Thursday to tell them that the carpet on the landing of the step was still wet on the one side. They told me to turn a fan and point it to it. That part of the carpet now has to be tore out. They came Friday took their equipment and left without a word on the repair work.

 + -1 moreAdvance Restoration was exceptional in explaining the process and making the estimate of cost. The agent was friendly, well trained, and knowledgeable, being able to answer all of my questions. I was able to get all the information so that I can schedule the work to be completed this fall.
Description of Work: I made contact with Advanced Restoration to find out how they would clean and sanitize our air conditioning ductwork.

carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreWe took a large rug to be cleaned. The rug looked good it did have some mildew on the back of it. When we got the rug back it had a lot of creases in it from being hung and possibly too wet. The spot where the mildew was on the back was worn and torn. We then took the rug back to them and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. They said that they would give us our money back if we gave them our rug. We have had the rug for about a month now and the creases are still in it.
Description of Work: We took a rug to Advanced Restroation to be cleaned.
