Very well - good workmanship and great people to work with. We are really enjoying our new fireplace. Only regret is that we didn't have this done 5 years ago when we first started talking about it!

Please note that the other company did not have any diagnosis time, insurance company paperwork or phone calls which in this case added up to quite a bit of time and paperwork. We went to the home more then once to take the required pictures and documentation that your specific insurance company requested. Just thought that should be noted. Also, please be aware that 99% of all other HVAC companies will not deal with your insurance company. We do it as a service to our customers to ease the process, however, our time and expertise is not free.

They did a very good job. They are kind of expensive. They were punctual. They were there when they said they were going to be. They came back and finished the job.
Description of Work: I last used Dahlquist Heating & Cooling to put in a small furnace in January or December.

They were very fast to meet my needs, however the estimate for additional work was never given when promised. I was charged $99 for diag when the issue was visible by just looking up, an estimate of $400 was given and when the technician attempted to repair the issues, he created another $82 problem so my bill ended up being $500. You may want to give them a try as they were very responsive to the service request, just make sure you get an estimate iin writing! I'll be using someone else for future work!
