Description of Work: Bramm's did an annual service on multiple furnaces for us. They, as always, were right on time and were very professional and did quality work.

Description of Work: The furnace went out and they repaired it.

Description of Work: Routine yearly furnace and hot water heater maintenance. Has been used by my family for years. Reliable, accommodating,responsive. A few years ago during the winter, water starting leaking from the ceiling. A hot water pipe had broke from the furnace and came immediately for this emergency to take care of problem. We were impressed and glad we didn't have someone that would have made us wait or fit us in.

Description of Work: Bramm's Plumbing, Heating, And A/C take care of my furnace and air conditioner. They cleaned and serviced my furnace.

Description of Work: I had a blower on the furnace go out. I called this company and all they did was replace blower. This was the third time in three years.

Description of Work: I tried to replace the shut off valve to the bathroom sink and broke the water line inside the wall. Bramms sent someone out right away, fixed the broken pipe, and installed a new bathroom faucet. Had to cut a hole in the wall tin another room to access the pipe. Cleaned up everything.

Description of Work: I needed to have the water valve that supplies water to the house replaced. I also had a toilet that was not functioning correctly. They serviced both to my satisfaction

Description of Work: They installed a furnace in one home and have also put a gas fireplace in my sunroom, including ductwork from the sunroom. They were here recently to do a repair for me.

Description of Work: I was working in my basement when a drop of something landed on my head. I knew I was working in the area of zone valves for the hot water furnace system. I looked up, and did not see anything unusual. Then I looked down on the floor to see a puddle. Now I knew I had a leak of some kind for sure. This was on a Friday, late in the day. I decided to wait until Monday to request a service call. Fortunately, they were able to service the area mid afternoon on Monday. The home is fifty years old, and the leak was from a joint in the system, that just became tired, and started to leak. I am usually gone for 2 and 1/2 months in winter, and I like to be sure before I leave that my hot water system will perform without a problem. Bramm;s has helped me with this questionable problem for the last ten years. I highly recommend them for service to your heating system. John Coyle

Description of Work: I used Bramms Inc to fix a heating breaker for a water heater.

Description of Work: I ask Bramm's Plumbing & Heating to put in a 6 foot exhaust pipe on my furnace. It took them about 45 minutes to do that. I ask them to put 2 pieces of tin in a cold air return. Should have been about a 45 minute job. I ask them to put in about 15 feet of black gas pipe. Should have been about a 2 hour job. I ask them to put an exhaust pipe on the dryer, should have been about a 1 hour job. Total about 4.5 hours.
