We were new to this rural area and could only find this company, at the time. They're not great with returning calls. It took about 3 calls to get an appointment for an estimate for a tankless water heater, bathroom remodeling & odd jobs. I have mobility issues so I can not go to the basement. I had requested a high efficiency water heater. I was told it was. They installed it and said all was good. I go outside the next day and I find a pipe/vent extending at least one foot out the side of my house. It blocks half of my sidewalk! We've finally found a different plumber. We were informed the water heater is on the low end for tankless heaters. This job was all wrong.

We bought a home, then found out that the furnace did not work at all. Michael & Brian fixed it knowing we are on a fixed income. We had heat for Christmas. They let us pay on it as we are able. I would highly recommend Awanna. Their kindness and professionalism will always be appreciated!!!

Michael was able to come out the day after my inquiry. He identified the issue and was able to address 1 of the 2 issues discovered. (he didn't have the replacement filter I needed, no big deal. We realize that they cant carry all of the many filters with them) Would have given a 5 star rating, however the wife was not happy that he didn't remove his shoes or put on booties when in our home and walking on the white carpet.

Michael sent Brad and Taylor to install my On-Demand water heater. They arrived on time. I asked that they install it as they would in their home and they did just that. They neatly rearranged the gas and water lines which were originally a mess, installed a condensate pump and neatly ran the condensate line to the wash machine drain. They cleaned up as if they were never there. I am totally satisfied with how this project turned out. They are my new go to plumbing service.

Our plumbing froze and we called A Wanna Services to fix some broken pipes and install a new water heater. After the identified pipes were fixed, Michael turned on our water to watch for other breaks. He found those and fixed them as well. Great customer service, reasonable pricing and was able to do the work the next day, calling us when he was on his way.

We had an issue with our water heater on New Years Eve. Left a message for Michael and he called me back within an hour. He talked us through a few things to try over the phone and we were able to get it working again. He didn't charge us anything for his time, was very courteous and nice. We will call again if we have issues again in the future.

Michael from A-Wanna was absolutely great! He followed through on everything he said he would do, and then some. He did quality work for a very fair price. My property was left very clean where the work was done. Could not have been more pleased!! I have had several bad experiences with some of the trades up here in the northwoods, with poor quality workmanship, and that's even if the people to show up when they said they would. Michael has made me a believer that there's still some good businessmen in this world, who keep their word, and take pride in the quality of their work. I will never hire another septic company other than A-Wanna ever again!! Thanks again Michael, you did a great job on our new septic tank!!

Michael from A Wanna was great! He was very efficient in keeping me in the loop with the entire process, and his price was extremely fair for the work he did. He called when he said he would, he showed up to do the work when he said he would, and was very friendly too! The job site was left very clean, and was very respectful to my property. after getting two estimates for my clog problem which ran into thousands Mike from A WANNA INC, came over and fixed my clog in 1/2 hour! 145 dollars !!!!!!!!!!if you got any plumbing problems, call Mike, If you call someone else,,,,,,,,,,,,BEWARE!
