Unfortunately it went very poorly. Again, I used these guys once before and it was a really good experience so it was very disappointing. Eugene spent 3 hours at my house trying to fix the issue with our remote control not working and I paid him $100 for his efforts-though he didn't fix the problem. Eventually he concluded that they needed to order a new remote control relay system and promised to order it right away. A few hours later the temporary setup that he put in place for us stopped working so the only way for us to use our television was to go into the basement each time we wanted to change the channel. I called Eugene and told him what was happening and he said he would come over the following day (a Friday) at a set time to repair the problem. He did not show up nor did he call. When he was very late, I texted him asking about his ETA and he responded saying he would call me in a little while. He never did. So, I waited until Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. I called him and again he promised to come over and repair the problem that afternoon and he also told me that the missing part was just ordered that day but that it was on the way. Again he never showed and never called so we were stuck waiting for him. Over the next three days, I tried several more times to reach Eugene Bachman via cell and email and he stopped responding to any efforts to reach him. Eventually, I completed the work myself. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and integrity demonstrated by Eugene. The fact that I was able to solve the problem and he wasn't also raises some concerns. I would not recommend using this service provider-you might be better off spending the money with Best Buy for your installation-at least they will answer their phones when there is a problem.

On Point AV consists of two brothers who have backgrounds in audio visual and home theater installation. First, they came to my house to gather all of the details about what I wanted and how I wanted things to look. We were able to sort through all of the details so there would be no surprises when they arrived to do the work. The following day, a quote was emailed to me. We set up a time and they arrived on time and worked really well together to have the job completed within a couple of hours. They vacuumed as needed while they worked. They wore shoe covers to prevent tracking dirt. They knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job. I would estimate that I saved over $200 from having Best Buy do the work.
