Exactly as promised! Royale was here when they said they would be, patiently explained the details of the service they provide, answered all my questions/concerns, and did as they said they would. In addition, we scheduled regular lawn maintenance which they have been performing as dependably and efficiently as the first time! A-plus and five stars.
