+ 0 moreWe love our new flooring. We contacted Jeb one of the owners and he came out to take measurements and emailed us a reasonable quote within a few days. We came into their store and worked with the staff to select 5 different samples and were allowed to take them home to make a decision. Once we decided on the products they were very flexible in scheduling an installation date which we had to change due to our schedules. They were wonderful to work with and all of the flooring was installed in one day. They did a great job and we had some unique situations they were able to solve.. So glad we found them on Angie's list

The installer apologized for being a little late (Not necessary since he wasn't THAT late.)I had wanted a random pattern of our Mexican tiles and the installer was very cooperative when I wanted to change the placement a few times. They were equally efficient with sending the invoice. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend them again.
Description of Work: Suggested a tile that matched the background of the Mexican tile we already had. Estimated how much we would need and ordered it. Also provided a verbal cost estimate of tile and labor. Although I had to call to get the status of the new tiles, they were very responsive and immediately gave me an installation date.

+ 2 moreThis was one of three companies that I had come out to my house and give me an estimate on new tile flooring. The company representative acted like he didn't really want to be there and came in at $10,000 higher than the next estimate.

+ 0 moreThey did a nice job and were very pleasant. They first put it in the living room and their supplier had gotten carpet that had a section in it that had reverse nap in it so we could see the difference. They very nicely filed a claim and got it done. They used some of the extra carpet in our bedroom because it was smaller. We paid for the pad and we were pleased. It worked out well. Even though there was a problem with it, it wasn't due to anything they did wrong. They rectified it and we were happy. The price was good. We checked around and got a very nice carpet and pad. The only thing we thought was a little overpriced was that we had a little square entryway thing and we had to buy a larger section of linoleum and we thought it was a little high to have that put in but we were glad we did it. They came when they said they were going to.
Description of Work: We used Beaver Tile & Carpet to put in carpeting. It was one very large living room, hallway, two closets and our bedroom.
