Garrett is a nice guy, very professional, the kind of person we were happy to do business with. His tools and process are different than other window washers we've used in the past. no bucket and no squeegee. After washing the windows with a large brush that has water pumping out of it, he lets the windows air dry- don't worry, somehow they dry without spots. He scrubbed our screens and cleaned the sills. He worked quickly but was thorough.

Garrett and his staff were the best contractors I've ever worked with. The communication, professionalism and most important, the quality of their work were second to none. The north side of our home looked awful with the algae and dirt covering our vinyl siding. It looks fantastic now. I would definitely recommend ViewRenew. I will absolutely use them the next time we need their services.

View Renew was awesome to work with and did a fantastic job cleaning our 100+ year old home?s original windows. I didn?t think we?d ever be able to see well out of our screens (they are the old metal material) but we can now! It makes such a huge difference to have professionals cleaning your windows. They take them all apart (storms and screens) and clean them inside and out very thoroughly. From the time I reached out to View Renew to the time they concluded the job, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Garrett was very responsive, very professional and they even took their shoes off when entering my home without me even having to ask. Zach was great too. Just two very kind, respectful people. I didn't even bother to get a second estimate to compare because I value the responsiveness and professionalism so much and find it can sometimes be very hard to come by. I?d 100% recommend these guys. I think we will hire them again next year to power wash our home.

I love their motto about how nice they are. It's true! You'll enjoy working with them. An example, they called about 30 minutes before our appointment time to ask if they could arrive approx 5 minutes BEFORE our appointment. Of course but how nice to ask! They did work on our house and in-laws. Thrilled with finished product and kindness shown!

I scheduled them to come out and wash all of our windows along with the siding. When they got there they realized the pressure washer was not powerful enough to reach the height of our house so they called in another crew with a bigger and more powerful pressure washer that could easily reach 3 stories. Two crews were there for a good portion of the day cleaning the outside of my house along with all the windows inside and out. Everything turned out better than I expected it to. The pressure washer is not high pressure so it does not do any damage to your siding, trim, etc. If you have spider webs, bugs and gunk all over your siding, I would highly recommend having these guys come in and clean it all off. I was impressed by the results.

Garrett and his assistant arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They briefed us on how they would like to do the work so we knew exactly what they were going to do and how long it was going to take (important with contractors doing work inside the house). The work they did was outstanding. Really nice attention to detail. Our windows look like new. It's been a few months since the service and they still look great. We'll definitely use them again when the time comes.

Garrett runs a very customer service oriented company. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. I was not able to move some of my in ground plants prior to cleaning, but to rectify the fact that the cleaning process did kill some of my gernaiums,Garrett came out to the house, evaluated the plants, and purchased at gift card for me from Steins to replace the plants. WOW! what exceptional service, prompt, clean, and efficient. I would definitely utilize this company again in the future and highly recommend them.

My gutters and downspouts were completely cleaned out including water being run in the downspouts to make sure they were draining well. The company and owner was extremely pleasant to deal with, was very prompt in responding to my message and was at my home within a week to complete the service. Very satisfied and would definately use them again.

After leaving a voicemail in the afternoon, Garrett, the owner returned my call that evening. He was able to look up my home on Google Maps and provide an estimate over the phone. I told hime the reason for calling and he was a great listener. On the north side of the house, we have mold or algae growing all over our white siding and also just a clean up of the rest of the house. He was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions, as well as was very clear with what pressure washing could and could not wash off. We were able to schedule something the next week, and he gave me a time estimate of between 9 and 10 am the day of. It was very nice to have such a small window to work with having a baby and a dog. On the day of, I received a call around 8:30 further narrowing down the time. The washer that showed up was very professional and friendly as well. I had asked him if he'd be able to also spray a few blocks of our detached garage that was growing moss on it and it wasn't a problem. The washer was very careful with the hoses and the plants around the house which I really appreciated. The job took just over two hours. When he was finished, we walked around the house together and I could not believe how great the house looked, especially the north side of our home looked, it honestly looks like brand new siding. Pressure washing our home was something that we kept putting off and I feel silly having done so. Working with ViewRenew was so easy and they did great work.

I was contacted the day of my appointment with the gentlemen telling me exactly what time they would arrive at my house...and they ended up being pretty spot on. I gave them a little synopsis of my gutters and they were off and working. Halfway through, I asked how much it would be for them to clean my skylights, and they had no problem adding that to their to-do list. They moved quickly, but definitely made sure that everything was cleaned out. On my two-story house, they were done with cleaning the gutters within an hour. And my skylights have never been cleaner! Overall, it was fantastic to work with this company and I will be calling them again for other projects.

It went okay. They didn't dry the windows, they just let them air dry. I did not like the type of cleaning they did.

Garrett arrived on time with all the equipment needed, was friendly, polite, professional, efficient and detailed in his work. I added more work to what we had discussed and the upcharge was very minimal. Results are fantastic! He'll be back to clean windows in a couple of weeks. I'll definitely hire him again in the future!

Called beforehand to give us a more accurate arrival time. It did start raining while they were here, but continued to work. Said the rain wouldn't spot the windows. They were right! They forgot the outside of a bedroom patio door (I couldn't fault them for this since it had started to rain) . I called and they came back a few days later. The crew was very efficient and pleasant. I did hire them again to pressure wash the fascia and deck posts so they could be painted. Both my husband and I were very pleased.

Garrett and his staff were professional and efficient. On the first visit (July 6), all the windows were done thoroughly, inside and out, and the screens were cleaned and replaced. I was impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything done to our satisfaction. The second appointment was to be on the following Thursday, to clean the deck, which had lichen growing everywhere as well as other cosmetic issues. That weekend, an impromptu gathering of friends was scheduled for dinner and drinks at our house for the day before the deck was to be cleaned. Garrett was able to fit me into his schedule and accommodate my need to get the deck cleaned on Tuesday instead of Thursday. That was a real life-saver and what I considered to be excellent customer service. He went out of his way to help us out. I will definitely use his company again when the need arises for the windows to be cleaned or when I need further cleaning of the deck or the stone patio (which he also did). Highly recommended.

We were getting ready to sell our house and got a suggestion to have the windows cleaned. We had not done that in the 6 years we lived here, so we called View Renew. The quote seemed reasonable, but the time and effort put into this job was simply incredible! Every window was taken apart. Screens were vacuumed and storms were washed, then the windows were washed. All the sills were vacuumed and washed. At the end of the day (and it took ALL DAY) our house looked so good! What a value!

Arrival time was just as we had been told when the appointment was made. It started raining - no lightning or thunder - just as he was getting started. All visible debris was removed by hand. Because we had a new roof put on last year, there was a lot of shingle residue to remove; to add complexity to the job, we have Gutter Helmets attached so he had to work with those too. He flushed downspouts with water and cleared all above-ground downspout blockages. All debris was removed by the worker. Despite being thoroughly soaked by the time the job was completed, he was very professional when he came to tell us he was finished.

When I got home from work, there wasn't any evidence that they were even there except that the job was done and they watered my flowers while they were there!
