We're your "One-stop-shop" for cleaning needs! We clean windows, gutters, soft-wash roofs & siding and pressure wash wood & cement. Fully Bonded and Insured to $2,000,000, we take every step to make your life easier. ViewRenew Inc is locally owned and based out of SE Wisconsin. We do not sub-contract out the work being provided to you. You may email us and request a quote or appointment online. Though, we do also love a good conversation, so feel free to give me a call. Description of Work: I originally had ViewRenew come and clean my gutters and he did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He also had a guarantee about clogs. A couple of months later I noticed two places the gutters were overflowing. I called and a mutually convenient time was worked out and the two places were fixed at no charge.

Description of Work: Garrett arrived on time and washed the windows of my house. All the windows he did looked great when he finished. I bought the deal for 20 windows and as it turns out, there are different definitions for a window. I thought I was getting 20 windows, inside and storm. Turns out that the inside is one window and the storm is considered a separate window, so I got 10 complete windows for the deal. That was not discussed before he arrived. That would be my only complaint. I did have him wash the additional windows at an extra charge. Garrett is professional and cleans things up when he's done. The windows do look great. I think Angie's List and the service provider need to be sure any wording for deals is exactly as the provider intends in order to avoid misunderstandings on what customers are actually getting.

I do apologize for the way the ad was written and future deals will clarify how storms are priced. The ad did a poor job defining a "window", especially those with storms, as it can sometimes be open to interpretation. While some may think storm windows are common (not all homes have storms), the deal did state in the fine print that "some window restrictions apply and specialty windows may be cleaned at an extra charge." In the case of your home and others with storms who purchased this deal, having original windows with storm windows attached doubles the amount of work required to clean an entire window. Also, for clarification to any readers of this review, I treated the original window as one window and the storm as one window (two windows in the one opening). The value of the deal was for $249 of services and each window with a storm is $25 at regular price, equating to what appears to be 10 windows. Thank you for understanding and I will be sure to make clear how any future deal regards storm windows. Take care, Garrett

Description of Work: Garret did an outstanding job! He washed the interior, exterior windows including all screens and sills. He was professional, efficient, careful and pleasant. The work was done at my Fathers mid century modern home ( many windows) & they had not been washed in years. The house went into the MLS for sale a week later and had an offer w/in 4 hours which is closing before the end of the month! Thank You Garret, your work made a difference and possibly a fast sale above the asking price!!! My only regret is that your service is not in Columbus, Ohio where I live.
