Description of Work: Cleaned my gutters. I was very impressed with him and it went very well!He was very thorough! He found a couple areas where my gutters were leaking as we were getting water in the basement from it. He fixed them, and had to leave for another appt., then even went to the hardware store after his appt. to get extra gutter drainage extensions and came back and installed them!Very professional and very reasonable priced for all he did! |

Description of Work: It was one person who came and washed our windows. He washed them by a spraying method, which I really did'nt know it would be that way. I prefer the hands on and scrub them clean myself. I am not saying he did a bad job, in fact they turned out pretty good.He was very polite and right on time. If you don't mind the spray method I would say go ahead and hire him.

If a client wishes to have the exterior of their windows cleaned by the squeegee method, we will be happy to perform it that way. The spray method that is being referred to is called pure water window cleaning with a water fed pole and was implemented because it leaves cleaner windows and improves employee safety. This method leaves the same, if not better results than the traditional method of cleaning windows by squeegee or by hand. When cleaning by hand, a film is left behind from the soaps which attract dirt - resulting in windows looking dirty sooner; as well as requiring ladder work for multi story homes. Using the water fed pole, we are able to effectively clean more of the window services better and more efficiently than been by squeegee. Also, the results are brilliant and streak free. Using the pole from the ground, creates a safer environment for our technicians to reach harder to reach windows since they don't have to use a ladder. Each customer is explained the process that will be used for their windows before any work begins so they understand the method that is being used on their homes. If the customer does wish to have their windows cleaned the traditional way by squeegee, or has any objections to using pure water to clean their windows, we are more than happy to oblige and will clean the outside of the windows by squeegee.Thank you again for leaving the review and I hope to work with you again soon. Description of Work: He cleaned my windows inside and out, I cleaned all my storms and all my screens. He was suppose to clean my screens and I did pay him for that service, but as long as I had them out of the windows I went ahead and cleaned them. He was more than willing to clean the screens but they were allready done when he arrived. He did wash two door windows which was beyond his agreement with us to make up for us cleaning the screens. One thing everyone should know is that he cleans the windows with a long power washer instead of hands on. This eliminates haveing to use a ladder in most cases and the water just seems to disappear without using a squeegy. I am not sure I like it more tham hands on, but I am still very satisfied and would recomend him. He was very punctual and explained all that he was going to do. Very Nice person and very good job !!
