We're your "One-stop-shop" for cleaning needs! We clean windows, gutters, soft-wash roofs & siding and pressure wash wood & cement. Fully Bonded and Insured to $2,000,000, we take every step to make your life easier. ViewRenew Inc is locally owned and based out of SE Wisconsin. We do not sub-contract out the work being provided to you. You may email us and request a quote or appointment online. Though, we do also love a good conversation, so feel free to give me a call. We provide professional cleaning services with professional results at a price that you can afford. All cleanings are guaranteed - meaning your satisfaction is my goal and we will resolve any issue if you're not happy.

Garrett Pharr arrived at the job site at the appointed hour and went right to work. The house sits under a large white oak tree, which we had just had trimmed. The gutters had not been cleaned for a very long time, perhaps not since the house was built some 10 years ago. As a consequence, they were full of white oak stuff. Garrett removed all the accumulated debris, bagged it up and took it all with him when he left. In addition, he water tested all the downspouts and cleaned up the work site. It took awhile to get all this done, a couple of hours, plus. I was impressed that he did not rush the job and he took the time needed to get all the work done well. He did an excellent job. I am glad that I was able find such an excellent vendor through the use of the Angie's List. I would also like to commend ViewRenew, and Mr. Pharr, for arriving at the work site in a very professional work vehicle. It contained all the ladders and equipment needed to get the job done. A very good first impression.

We try very hard to communicate and bring full satisfaction to every job - a responsibility that both the client and business owns. I wish you would have contacted us when you first noticed there was debris around your home so we could have made it right. On the day of the cleaning, when my employee finished the job, he wanted to make sure the work was completed and tried very hard to call you and ring your doorbell while you were still inside the home. You didn't answer the phone or come to the door. When I received your paid invoice in the mail with the check, I noticed the notes you made on the invoice regarding the debris. I called you the moment I read your comments and even left a voicemail. I had no response to that voicemail. I wish communication could have been better in this transaction."

"Hi [removed member name], Thank you for your review. I wish to help clarify what is being referred to in your review. The windows that were "bad" were failed window panes, meaning there has been a leak in the window's seal which allowed air to get in and discolor the inside of the pane. The only way to improve their look is by replacing them; cleaning them will not improve the way they look. The coupon was a Groupon for $100 worth of service, we agreed to clean the outside of your windows and a few higher panes inside your home for which a ladder was used. The spray wash you referred to is pure water cleaning with a water-fed pole. I understand it may seem foreign and non-traditional, but it's a method that cleans the window more efficiently and safely than by hand and with ladders."
