He was prompt and professional. He has state of the art equipment, I had never seen before. He was very courteous and did an outstanding job.

I was extremely happy with the work that Garrett did. He was fast and neat. He hauled the debris away (which was great!) and was able to explain some trouble spots with my gutters to watch out for in the future. Very professional and extremely easy going. He went above and beyond when he reimbursed me for overpayment -- and that reimbursement arrived by mail literally two days later. I had not even realized that I over payed a bit, so I can vouch for Garrett's honesty, first hand. I will definitely use him again (next time for windows) and recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Originally found Garrett on Yelp. His tagline of "Portland's Nicest Window Cleaners" caught my attention. He is super nice. He cleaned all the windows....inside and outside (inlcuding removing storm windows).....did a great job. He sent a nice thank you card and gift card after we referred a friend to him. Will definitely call Garrett back to do the windows again!

They came out about a half an hour after calling them and then started the job right away, which was awesome! Super professional and extremely nice! Will certainly recommend them and use them again!

After reading the Angie's LIst reviews we were sold that ViewRenew would be a good company to work with. It seems most of the reviewers we read had worked with the owner. However, we had a young man who was very nice but quite unprepared for the job. He disappeared for an hour to get a tool to help him clean the gutters. He stared at the house for some time contemplating the best way to approach the job. We have a 3-story house with a fairly steep pitch and he appeared very apprehensive about doing the work. I finally asked him if he was scared of heights. He replied that he was. I can relate. I would have done the job myself if I felt comfortable doing that kind of work at those heights. It's too bad he picked this profession but my gutters still needed to be cleaned and done at the price quoted. When he said he was finished I pointed out a bunch of leaves in the valley of the roof ready to fall back into the gutters. I asked him why they weren't removed and he said it wasn't part of the job and it would cost $25 to do it. He painfully climbed the roof and tried to push most of the leaves off with his foot. When he was done I paid him the full amount. Later, I observed a whole section of the gutters that hadn't been cleaned. The roof area that he cleared was still a mess as he didn't have a blower or other tools to work with and he wasn't proficient walking the roof. I want to be clear that I did not complain to the person who did the job as I believe he did the best he was capable of and spent a long time doing it. I also did not complain to the owner so he didn't have the opportunity to rectify. The caveat emptor for this company is to ensure the work will be performed by the owner.

I love the service, the video that Garrett made of the work he did (and sent me a link to where he has posted it), and the after the job update that he did. He showed me some of the debris he took out of the gutters (it was frozen!). I will definitely use Garrett again. Excellent service and excellent pricing.

Garrett was easy to contact by phone and we set up an appointment for the following week. He arrived promptly and did an excellent and professional job. I highly recommend his work and will hire him again next year.

Garrett is timely, professional, polite and extremely affordable. I recommend him without reservation. Two different friends who hired him on our recommendation were also pleased with his work. Garrett goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did he work with us to reduce the overall cost (providing tips on items we could do ourselves), but even followed-up with us at a later point with information on how we ourselves could repair one of the broken springs on our old windows. We have utilized his services for window cleaning and for gutter cleaning (jobs a year apart) and were pleased with his responsiveness, lack of wait time and pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend hiring this company.

Wow, what a responsive business. I gave this place a call and within an hour Garrett showed up and got on the roof. Sure enough there was a ton of debris in the downspouts. He cleaned them out within minutes and placed some mesh in them to prevent further clogging. Quick, super friendly, and very informative. He explained everything and was really knowledgeable. Money well spent! I highly recommend using this company for any gutter cleaning needs.

We had an Angies list coupon we used for the services, but I don't recall the exact date. They came out on time, were very professional. He showed me a movie on his phone showing where he was needing to do work. They were quick and professional. I would use them again!

Garrett called before arriving to confirm his appointment. He arrived right on time and got to work and worked straight through from 10:00 a.m. until 3:30. He was careful with all of my belongings and through all my nagging to watch out for the cat, floors, etc. I own a bed and breakfast and have lots of crafts and art, but he was really careful throughout the whole process. friendly and accommodating.

He gave me an estimate and then indicated that he did have time that day to do the work if I wanted him to. He was very helpful and very informative in answering all my questions. He alerted me to the fact that one of the windows had a broken seal and one window had a broken slider. Would recommend him not only for the reasonable prices but also for the great job he did in the short time he was here. Very Quick, efficient. and personable.

Garrett arrived promptly (as he did when he provided an estimate) and immediately got to work. I appreciate the fact that he does all of his own work and really knows his craft. We had a number of projects and he tackled them in a methodical manner. The results were instantly evident, you dont realize how dirty your windows are until you see them perfectly clean. In fact the best part about the windows is that you hardly notice them at all. The pressure washing did wonders to remove years of grime and our sidewalks and concrete patio look many years younger. We had a large entry window with a decorative film that he was able to remove with no evidence that it was ever there. Most of all Garrett is very personable and I would not hesitate to call upon him again or to refer him to friends.
