The young man showed up in the specified window, cleaned the gutters and unplugged one downspout. Everything was done quickly and he did a good job cleaning up all the leaves he pulled out. I like that ViewRenew lets you schedule work with them thru their website. Communication was excellent with ViewRenew using email and text to confirm my appointment and keep me updated on it's status. They take cash, check or credit card for their work, and I was able to pay online thru their website. Their prices were a bit above average, but well worth it when factoring in the quality of work, good communication, and ease of setting up appointments and payment.

It went very smooth and they were extremely efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and you couldn't even tell they were there.

Arrived when said. Worked efficiently. We have 90 year old windows on parts of the house. They were very careful.

They did a great job. We didn't see any smudging or any dirt left behind, edge-to-edge on all windows. We actually didn't realize how dirty the windows had become until they were done cleaning. The crew was punctual, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and the cleaning quality was well done. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

They cleaned the gutters as we requested and paid for. In the process however they managed to bend and destroy two 5' sections of gutters on which they hung their ladders. The gutters now leak and every time it rains we end up with washed out ground cover on the landscaping below. I've called them and have not gotten a call back to resolve the issue.

This is a business that's been sold but keeps the same name and client list. The original owner was spectacular, did a great job, went over and beyond what was expected The new owner is riding the coattails of the previous owner. When I called to set up an appointment and asked for the owner I was told he was unavailable, giving me the impression he still owned the business and was part of the day to day operation. Not so, the new owners tried using his reputation and intentionally tried to make it seem like he was still there. Deceiving customers! They did a very poor job, leaving debris on my patio and getting newly painted white window trim dirty by grabbing on to it with filthy hands. I called to complain as they charged me over $150 for approximately 50' of gutters... I paid that much for the whole house last time! They must have just looked up my name, saw what i was charged last year and charged me the same!! When I spoke to the new owner he waa very argumentative and had no people/customer skills. Why would you not want to make a customer happy??.. especially a repeat customer!! Finally after much to do he agreeded to stop by the next day to look things over. Never showed up or called. Will never use them again and hopefully neither will you!

Two persons came on time and did the work. Two storms were put back incorrectly. They came back promptly , cheerfully and fixed the problem. a week or so later we noticed that they neglected to dry a big picture window and did not clean another at all. I have called at least three times over a few weeks and have received no response. Now, I am going to have to clean the windows myself, in the winter.

Mark and his crew arrived on time; they were professional, polite and worked efficiently. Great job. We will definitely hire them two times annually to keep our windows looking good.

I was told by Garrett that if they didn't get them off to my satisfaction he would redo the job. After the job was finished, not only were the streaks not removed, but decorative plants on the side of the house where they did the work were damaged. I was worried about the plants because anytime you're using bleach, you don't dare get any of it on the plants. He not only didn't cover the plants, but didn't hose them off after. He tried to tell me he's so careful it wasn't necessary, so I guess the leaves were all turning brown in that area by themselves. I was upset, but figured anybody could make a mistake and called him explaining that I didn't want to write a negative review and if he came back and redid the roof I wouldn't write a review. He said he'd come out the next week. He called my later wife and told her he was having a problem with a part on his machine and it would be a few days later then expected. It's more than three weeks later and I still haven't heard a word from him. Like I said anybody can make a mistake, but I do judge people by how well they back their word, not how smooth a salesman they are. I figured I was being more than fair, but I don't like or trust businesses that not only don't back their job, but also their word. BEWARE

Mark was very responsive...called me back timely with a quote. He gave me a price range based on our "google earth' image. It was slightly more than the last provider I used, but nothing significant. He called the morning of the appt to check on the weather in our area and to verify his arrival time. The weather has been sunny the last few days and I've been able to enjoy my sparkling clean windows. We get some nasty winds out of the west and Mark and team were able to remove the streaks that I wasn't able to remove with standard window cleaner.

We've used them before. We have used them before. Mark and his assistant were neat and careful. They moved some deck furniture and potted planters and returned them on the deck. They did arrived half hour late because of traffic. We are very happy with the results.

They were not good at returning emails in regards to date and time. They showed up an hour early which turned out OK, but no phone call or email stating they were coming early. Evidently the windows had paint over spray on them. He was going to charge me an extra $120 to get a ladder out and clean the windows. He used a brush on a pole. I wanted my windows clean and didn't know there was extra cost for different types of dirty windows. This should be quoted on his webpage. I didn't have him get his ladder out. Too expensive. Then there was some oxidation on the bottom of the window. It wipes off, but that would entail bringing out a ladder. So my windows were better than when they started, but they were NOT acceptable. And then he power washed my patio. It is the WORST JOB I have ever seen. He did not get it clean and he didn't do the walk way that was part of the quote. I now have to rent a power washer and do it myself. His online quote was $299 for the windows and $169 for the patio and walkway. That is a total of $468. He charged me $538. Said he emailed me a receipt, but he never did. I feel like I was ripped off and will never trust Angie's List again. In addition, he didn't take into account the flower beds next to the house. His hose broke one of our rose bushes. Very frustrated and angry at the quality of the job done.

Great response to initial inquiry on Angie's List. Scheduled an appointment, reviewed all aspects of the job and called the day before to confirm arrival time and details. Arrived early, they have everything they need on their trucks. They have top level equipment. Very professional, got right to work and completed all five jobs in 3 hrs. and 45 minutes. Cleaned up all equipment and double checked their work prior to leaving. They even repaired the dryer vent connections with the proper tape and removed duct tape. Couldn't be happier with their service. We will use them again this fall in preparation for the winter. If there were a Triple A rating, I would give that to them. Amazing work and job well done.

I used ViewRenew for pressure washing of my house and patio plus gutter cleaning. It was really easy to handle everything via email and phone and it was nice that I did not have to be there. Payment through PayPal was easy and efficient. I would definitely call them again.
