They did what they said they would. They were very polite and professional. They met my expectations. They answered the phone right away and showed up quickly.

Initial contact with ViewRenew was through the Angie's List email function, then a follow up telephone call and finally a confirming email from the vendor. Garrett Pharr arrived at the job site at the appointed hour and went right to work. The house sits under a large white oak tree, which we had just had trimmed. The gutters had not been cleaned for a very long time, perhaps not since the house was built some 10 years ago. As a consequence, they were full of white oak stuff. Garrett removed all the accumulated debris, bagged it up and took it all with him when he left. In addition, he water tested all the downspouts and cleaned up the work site. It took awhile to get all this done, a couple of hours, plus. I was impressed that he did not rush the job and he took the time needed to get all the work done well. He did an excellent job. I am glad that I was able find such an excellent vendor through the use of the Angie's List. I would also like to commend ViewRenew, and Mr. Pharr, for arriving at the work site in a very professional work vehicle. It contained all the ladders and equipment needed to get the job done. Their service was wonderful. He went over and above the call of duty. I have storm windows that he had to take down before he could wash my pane windows. He was patient, thorough, and did a wonderful job. I appreciated him working so hard and have recommended him to others.

He washed my house gently and carefully, and now it's squeaky clean and the white trim sparkles. He stepped carefully around the foundation plantings, and none of my shrubs or flowers were damaged. Garrett is a real pleasure to work with, as nice a guy as you could want to come to your house and help you. His work is very, very good.

We have a giant, old 3 story house (with 7 skylights on the third floor) that Garrett has done 3 times now and we couldn't be more delighted. I've recommend him to many people and they're all extremely satisfied. Honest, thorough, "green", professional and SUPER nice!

He did his usual thorough job. He has done these jobs before for us, as well as cleaning moss off our driveway. He is personable, efficient, and courteous. We highly recommend him.
