The offer misrepresented what they actually wanted to do. They said twenty windows, but then said if they are storm windows it will be ten windows.

The deal was for 20 windows, but it did not make it clear that storm windows were extra so I would have had to pay at least $140.00 in addition to the $119.00 which really isn't much of a discount so I thought I'd go with someone more local.

I want to start by saying I have investment properties/rental properties in the Midwest and Florida. Angie's list has made my life so much easier when searching for contractors. I have always been happy with everyone I have hired using Angie's List. I went on Angie's List looking for a contractor to clean the gutters. I read the great reviews about Garrett and ViewRenew. I called Garrett...he answered, I did a short interview...he gave me a price and we scheduled a time and date for service. He arrived on the date and time that we had scheduled. We had a lot of leaves and small branches in the gutters and downspouts. He did a fantastic job! I had leaves and twigs on the roof and he got rid of those as well. I am very happy with his work and professionalism. Moving forward I will be using ViewRenew's service two times a year.

Mr. Pfarr is a pleasant fellow who knows what he is doing and did a very good job for me. I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend his services without reservation.

We left a voice mail message on the ViewRenew phone on the evening of the 15th. On the 16th about 2pm he returned our call, stated he was interested in doing the job, but stated he would like to come out and look at the site. It was agreed on that he would come about 4pm. He arrived a little early and said he would do the job immediately if we would like and gave us a cost of $145.00. Garrett removed all debris from our long neglected gutters, flushed the downspouts thoroughly and cleared clogs. In order to do this, he had to remove our gutter screens. In fact he even offered and inserted some new ones my husband had on hand. He removed all debris from the site. He was very polite and professional. We were very pleased with his service and we even received a 10% senior citizen discount! We would definitely hire him again.

I thought Garrett did a great job. He was very polite and professional and did the work carefully and thoroughly. I especially liked the fact that he was willing to do the little, extra things that distinguish a great provider from a good one. For example, I knew that I had some damage to the siding from woodpeckers, and he offered to staple some mesh over the holes, which relieved my concern that additional damage would occur while I am waiting for the siding contractor to come. Another example is the way he handled the debris that was removed from the gutters. There was a lot of it, since the gutters had not been cleaned for some time, so he put it all in two empty trash cans that I had. Unfortunately, after he left, I realized that these trash cans were really packed with debris and incredibly heavy, so I could not move them at all, let alone lift them into my trunk to haul to the City compost pile. I contacted Garrett and asked him if, the next time he was in the area, he could help me by splitting up the debris into smaller bags that I could lift. He very graciously agreed to do this, was back at my house within 48 hours, and, instead of just splitting the debris into smaller bags, he removed everything for me, which was really above and beyond what he contracted to do. Overall, I was very impressed by Garrett's commitment to service and excellent work. I definitely plan to use his company again.

Garrett provided an quote within a couple of hours after I contacted him. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the gutters and downspouts. He was professional and courteous. We will definitely use him again next time.

The gutters, windows, and siding really needed some TLC, and the before and after difference was amazing. He took care of everything and I couldn't be happier. He cleaned up after himself, and put all the screens back on carefully. Definitely recommend, and will have him do work for me in the future.

Garrett was very friendly and professional. He worked on the downspouts until they ran clear, and cleaned up all the debris that came out of them. We talked about some other house projects that he might be able to do--fix a broken window, help with a dehumidifier that wasn't draining correctly, replace weight and pulley system in older windows, etc. He was very willing and helpful, and we will definitely use him for miscellaneous projects in the future!

Garrett was responsive when I called to ask about gutter cleaning, turning up later that same day. His estimate was reasonable so I had the work done right away. He was thorough and cleaned up after himself. All our gutters are now completely unclogged and working properly, it is such a relief to have gotten this done in one day, from the initial phone call to completion of the job!

It went very well! From start to finish! He called back promptly when I left a message on his voice mail, set up the appointment, and arrived on time! I found Garrett to be very professional, courteous, and thorough! A real standup guy! I was concerned because we were getting water coming in the basement. After looking over the gutters he told me the problem areas and what he was going to do. He t ook pictures and showed me how the downspouts were clogged. He showed me how the water was possibly going into the basement. He cleaned the downspouts and did some repairs on the gutters He worked very quick and efficient! He also offered to put new extensions on the drainpipes where the water might be coming in! He had to leave for a personal appointment, but called when he was done with his appointment from the hardware store, to let me know price of the extensions to see if I wanted him to get them. I said yes, and he came back and installed them. I was very pleased with the whole process! I would definitely hire him again and refer him to others!

We called Garrett after a storm caused us to realize our gutters were clogged. He emailed a written estimate based on his examination of our house on Google maps, and stuck to the quoted price. He was able to provide service within 24 hours of our inquiry. He showed up on time, with a courtesy call to inform us that he was on his way. Garrett had a highly professional demeanor and was friendly and personable at the same time. His work was timely and effective, including removing a bird's nest and other blockages from our gutters, and he left our property just as he found it. He took the time to explain what he had done and suggest (in a non-salesmanlike manner) some simple improvements we could make to improve the way our gutters handle runoff. From his slick website to his monogrammed uniform, from his careful cleanup to his prompt follow-up after the visit, we were impressed with the way he is running his company. We plan to engage him to replace some sections of gutter guard which he pointed out were damaged.

ViewRenew was very professional, communicated well and arrived promptly on schedule. We had to reschedule service twice due to snow, but they did a great job with the gutters when the weather finally permitted. I will definitely call them in the future.

Garrett was great! He called me to set up the appointment just 2 days after buying the deal. Appointment was set for a week later, and he emaile me confirmation right away. Appointment was for between 1:00 and 3:00, Garrett called at 12:45 to let me know he was on his way. After showing him the areas of my concern, he got right to work and was finished in less than an hour! He explained everything he found and what he did, and have me some recommendations on keeping the gutters clean and clog-free. Garrett was professional, friendly, prompt, and efficient -- I will definitely call him first when next I am in need of gutter service!

Last fall we washed the windows and storm windows of the house we had just moved into and as soon as the sun hit them we saw what a horrible job we did! We looked at hose smears all winter and swore to hire it done this year. Garrett from ViewRenue answered the phone the first time I called and gave me cost estimates on the spot. 2 or 3 days went by before he responded to my email and 2nd call which made me hesitate, but then a friend recommended them so when he called back I scheduled a time. They arrived promptly today at the scheduled time, were super NICE and did a great job cleaning our 1961 single pane/wood framed windows and cleaning/installing the storm windows. It's a sunny day and the only thing on the windows are some faint permanent traces of mineral etching. We will enjoy our view of Mt St Helens this year! Thank you Garrett and View Renew!

Garrett responded within one day to my online enquiry and called to say that he was in my area and could come do an estimate. After he provided the estimate, which was very reasonable, I asked when he could schedule the work and he said they could do it immediately, if that suited me. It did, so they got to work right then. It took a few hours and they were very thorough and I'm pleased with the results. Very easy to deal with and I would definitely use them again.

View Renew did a great job of cleaning the windows and the gutters in a timely and very professional manner. Garrett was very good to work with. He was prompt with his detailed written estimate after inspecting the house personally, and he did exactly what we had agreed needed to be done. I had planned on getting the roof treated for over a year and the gutters needed cleaning. I saw VuRenew's Deal on Angie's list and checked out their website. The information was very thorough.I was concerned that some companies use harsh chemicals or power washing that actually damages the roof. These guys do not. I called and they were able to schedule within a week. They were extremely punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He took pictures of the roof to show me what I was looking at -moss wise.
