Showed up on time. Worked very efficiently. Left everything clean and back in their original places. I was very pleased with the outcome

I was ridiculously pleased with the work done! The owner contacted me on time. He arrived on time. He was efficient and unobtrusive. This job was not at all easy. Not only were they second floor windows, but my house has only about three feet of flat ground surface on the north side before dropping down a steep hill. The house is 100 years old so the windows were not easy to open. He washed the inside and outside of the windows, as well as the storm windows and screens. Most surprising was that he even cleaned the window sills, inside the house and in the window frame itself. (That part may not be called "sills.") My second floor windows sparkle and shame me into washing the first floor myself!

It was wonderful. He was very clean and polite.

He called me immediately and set up an appointment. He also called me the day before the appointment to confirm the time. He was timely and was very professional. I will have him back year after year!

It went very well. I wish he had washed the upstairs windows as those are the more difficult windows to wash but because we were on a # count for each window, he was only able to complete the lower level.

Garrett did an excellent job on our screens and windows. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed on when he would arrive to do the window cleaning. He was very courteous, personable and professional. He explained what he would be doing, how it would work and how long he thought it would take. He asked if we had any questions numerous times as he performed his work and also told us about a window fail in the bathroom. The cost was for a deal offered through Angie's List which was an excellent bargain. The actual cost (if not for the deal) would have been a good deal as well given the quality of Garrett's work. We will be using Garrett again in the future.

Garrett (owner of the company) arrived on time at 9 am. Finished at 2:45. He did all of the work by himself. The windows were spotless when he was done. I would definitely hire him again.

He did an excellent job. The windows are streak free and the screens and tracks were cleaned very well. I couldn't be happier. It was well worth the cost for the time it saved me and did a better job than I probably could have.

It went very well. We had a great experience. Garrett called us immediately after purchasing deal to schedule appointment. Arrived on time (even a little early with a phone call prior to be sure it was OK with us) and did a fantastic job. It's wonderful to see so clearly again! I'm thrilled and will ask Garrett to help us again.

It went great. Although he was booked for the next 2 weeks after I purchased the service, he called right away to give me that info and schedule it as soon as possible. The morning of the service call he called approximately an hour ahead of time and let me know exactly when he would arrive. He is extremely professional and courteous. Before beginning, he went all around the house to be sure of the number of windows I had,so there would be no surprise charges at the end. He also asked if I wanted our skylights and garage windows cleaned. Even though I didn't want them done, it was nice go know he would have cleaned the skylights. Though I hired him as an Angie's list special, I would have happily paid the regular charge. He did an outstanding job. And I would definitely use his service in the future. I would like to nominate him for outstanding service provider, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

Despite a couple communications this provider could not get me in for service for 6 weeks. (Purchased 7/15 and can't get me in until after Sept 3rd). I spoke with an Angie's List Rep who tried but could not find another provider.

Very prompt response to initial contact. Offered several day and time options. Agreed to date and time, called ahead as promised and showed up on time. Completed work and my windows are so clean they are nearly invisible.

Garrett was by far one of the best contractors we've ever had. He was very personable and answered all our questions as well as did quite a bit extra for us based on our needs. Our windows have never been cleaned and he came in and literally made them shine. We couldn't get over how great they look. Not only will we be using him again but will definitely be recommending him to others as well.

Garrett was a wonderful, punctual professional that well trusted throughout the home. Garrett also showed up in uniform, which is very important to me. Excellent cleaning of the windows inside and out. I can see again!! Also, Garrett had no problem with cleaning one or two extra, which was his idea. We bought a deal on Angie's List for $119 for 20 windows including tracks. He contacted us right away to set up a time to do the cleaning, which was done about a week or so later. The windows look great - very clean, streak-free, and fingerprint-free. The tracks are very clean on the flat surfaces, although there is still dirt in the hard-to-reach corners, which would require more work to reach into the nooks and crannies to get clean. We also asked him to clean the last of the gutters which we hadn't gotten to, for an additional $20 cash. That was done satisfactorily.

Our house is surrounded by large trees and the gutters and downspouts were clogged with debris. Garrett (the owner) came and did the work. He called to say he would be a bit late which we really appreciated. He completed the work promptly and neatly. His service includes a 6 month clog-free guarantee. We would certainly use his company again.

Fine. We couldn't get appointment scheduled soon enough.
