I was having problem with two sections of my gutters. When there was heavy rain that water would cascade over the gutter edge and not to the down spout. My house is a two story house and I am allergic to Newton's law of gravity. That and I do not have a two story tall ladder. Since my gutters where not doing this before I had to presume that something has clogged the gutter. So I called to have gutter cleaning done. Due to weather he could not get to me right away. Because of this he communicated this to me very well. When weather permitting the work was able to be done and he call before he came out. He went up to the gutter and found a large piece of construction foam and settled into the down spout hole in the gutter. Eariler that year we had a bad wind storm that blew some siding off my house. The foam must of come from some of the construction going on in the area and landed on the roof and wash down to the gutter and settled into the down spout hole. On the other trouble spot he found a lot of sediment and washed it all out. The upon investigation of the rest of the gutters he found some children's ball in the gutter over one of the bed rooms in the back of the house. Over all he said my gutter appeared to be in good condition. The house is 14 years old I have lived there for 4 years. I will have to wait for the next heavy rain storm to see if the water is still cascading over the edge. Over all I was very satisfied with the service he provided.

The owner operator, Garrett Pfarr, arrived on time at the scheduled hour with a truck that was equipped to wash screens which meant there was no mess inside the house. Garrett diligently worked by himself until the job was finished. Turned out I had 8 windows more than the discount covered so I paid an additional $6/window ($48). It was a bargain as far as I was concerned because they hadn't been washed in ages! Also, Garrett was able to point out that there were air leaks in my patio doors. One pane has already been replaced with 3 other panes on order. I just thought the windows were that dirty!

Smooth as pie. Will hire again.

I purchased this service as a special however the special advertised neglected to mention what specifically was included. 20 windows for the price sounded great but this was a basic cleaning that did not include complete inside/ out/ sill/ frame cleaning. Also should have mentioned that this was twenty single windows ... If you have storms, the cost doubles. What this " special" would have cost to do my whole house was no bargain over any other company. The owner was nice and professional and cancelled service/ refunded my money. This provider was highly praised by other customers so my issue is with the advertising, not with the business.

We bought an Angies list promotional deal from Garrett. He arrived on time, did an awesome job on our windows, and charged us exactly what we were told it would cost. No hidden fees and without a doubt, the shiniest windows we've ever had!! He also did the screens and sills.

Garret was very professional, sincere, punctual, and thorough. He was very approachable as well. He returned my first phone call right away and, on the day of the service, gave me a call in advance to notify me of the delay in arrival time although he wasn't late all that much. He works quick and thorough and doesn't leave any mess behind. I asked him to fix minor damages on the gutter, and he did his best and for those he couldn't do much about, he recommended what can be done. He also explained me what he did to fix the minor damages just so that, in the future, my husband or I can do it on our own. I paid him in cash and received cash-discount, but I paid him full anyway since I was truly satisfied with the quality of his job.

Excellent. Garrett was professional, timely, and washed the windows, window tracks and screens. The only very small issue I had/have and it might have been my misunderstanding - the screen tracks were not cleaned as I had thought was included in the quote. I received several quotes from various vendors. Garrett's pricing was spot on and his work was high quality. My neighbors saw the work he did and were impressed as well. I will definitely call him back for services in the future and will recommend him to others who are looking for window / screen washing. My daughter helped me find additional quotes. We started with the yellow pages. I also looked on Angie's list. I personally believe Angie's list has not been that helpful. As a professional myself - you don't purchase a deal without doing research on the company first and getting quotes with references. After my daughter helped me find numerous suppliers - I then referenced Angie's list. I got side tracked - short and simple - I would gladly recommend Garrett to anyone looking for services he provides and I have neighbors that may be calling him, if not this time of the year then possibly in the spring. I know the next time my windows need washing I will call him again.

Excellent! They honored the deal. I have more than 20 windows and he did not charge me anything extra. He was very polite and helpful. I had a couple of questions and he answered them satisfactorily. I like the way he cleans. He does the cleaning from the ground and he rinses the windows with his pure water.

Garrett is very professional and arrived promptly at 8:00am He was at our house all day until 7:00pm. It was a very big job as it is a 2 story house with numerous windows and transom windows. We would highly recommend Garrett.

Garrett is a very nice and personal professional with great communication via email and phone. As I anticipated my gutters were a bit over the deal I picked but he let me know of the extra charge and all in all it was very reasonable for gutters I've had clogged for far too long. I have gutter screens and Garrett removed them for the cleaning that was needed and replaced them and blew out all downspouts so I know I'm ready for storms for some time to come.

Garrett responded the same day I ordered the deal. He was able to get out on one of the first days I requested. He was friendly and professional. Completely cleaned up after himself. I will definitely hire him again.

Once in a while you have the pleasure of working with a vendor that makes you say 'WOW'! This is one of those vendors. Several years ago our roof began to get black streaks on the shingles on the north side of the roof. The streaks started off small and were slightly annoying. After a unusually cool & damp summer, however, that entire side of the roof was covered in black. The roof is high, super-steep & I'm not a huge fan of heights to begin with... so a clean-up kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list. I had never heard of anyone cleaning their roof, so I assumed that the way to fix this problem would be to replace the roof. On a whim, I searched Angie's list & was fortunate to fine Garrett. When I called I was expecting them to think I was crazy, but it turned out that he had seen this before & knew exactly what to do. The black streaks were cause by some sort of algae-like growth, and a good cleaning would likely do the trick. Working with Garrett was awesome. I received a written estimate, phone call to confirm the appointment, and a phone call when he was on the way. Garrett was friendly, knowledgeable, super-helpful, and used eco-friendly cleaners. His rig is self-contained on the truck. Best of all? The streaks on the roof are gone, the windows are so clean you can't even tell there is glass there, & the place looks like a million bucks. I will definitely be calling Garret again!

I couldn't have had a better experience. Garrett was luckily able to come out the same day that I contacted him and took care of cleaning just a single gutter that had become clogged and was overflowing in heavy rain. While on the roof, he visually inspected every gutter and made sure the gutter covers were in place. He even took pictures on his smartphone so he could show me what he was able to see from the roof. He was prompt, professional and friendly. I will have him out next fall to do a complete cleaning of all the gutters. I would recommend him to anyone and already have to several people at work.

It went great. First of all Garrett, was very easy to schedule with even when I had to reschedule. He called before he came twice to give me an update of his arrival. Garrett was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He even sent me information in an email about another job I am thinking of having done as far as staining our garage floor. He did a very thorough job cleaning and I have now put two coats of sealant on the patio and sidewalk. Garrett took his time after he was finished to clean up everything thoroughly and made sure I had all my questions and concerns addressed. He was very pleasant to work with.

Garrett came to my home at 8:30 am on Saturday, July 19th just as we discussed. He got to work immediately. He was very careful handling the windows & screens and worked diligently for at least 5 hours. He was very pleasant and professional. After all, this is his business and he wanted to make sure I was happy with his work. He was called away for about 3 hours but then returned in the late afternoon to finish the job he started. He spent an additional 2 hours making sure all the screens returned to the right windows and storms were in the right place. Garrett did an excellent job on my windows and his attention to details really made the difference for me. I would hire him again, from a very happy customer that can finally see the light!

It went very well. The one tech cleaned 17 windows and it took about 2 hours. However they were booked up quickly and I had to wait quite a while to be scheduled.

Garrett called to tell me he was on his way, and arrived on time. He had me show him everything I wanted done, and also where in the garage I wanted the screens to go when he was finished. I showed him one window with a tricky catch, and that was pretty much it. I had to leave, so I paid him before I left, and he carefully marked the invoice paid. He also gave me a senior discount of $15.00, which I had asked him about when I called to make the appointment, which I actually had to change. He was very helpful in rescheduling for the following week, which I appreciated. Garrett is very professional and VERY good at cleaning windows! I'll have him back and tell my friends about him. I think he's done the best job on my windows of all the services I've had over the years, which have pretty much been word of mouth recommendations. No more!

I called on or about September 8 and explained the project to Garrett. At that time, he quoted me a price. We made an appointment for 3:00-4:00 PM on September 17. Late morning on the 17th, he called me to say that he was involved in a job far more extensive than he had anticipated and would not be able to make our appointment that afternoon. We rescheduled it for first thing the following morning. The following morning he arrived at 7:00 AM with breakfast treats in hand. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and immediately set to work. I observed him to be both efficient and industrious. Might I add that he was extremely careful and removed his shoes prior to entering my home. Since I have finished wood floors, I was very appreciative of this gesture. It is obvious that Garrett possesses an enviable work ethic and will be very successful as he continues to please customers as he grows his business.

The service has gone well so far. I am having them clean about 75 window panes for an additional fee. One technician is out for the cleaning and should be completing the service in about 5 hours. I like everything about him. He is great at communicating and asks good questions. It has been a very positive experience so far. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Garrett replied promptly to the purchase request and subsequent emails to schedule the service. On the day of cleaning he called before arriving and met the appointment time. While in our home he removed his boots. The windows are combo storm screen type which are a bit of a pain the clean. Efficiently went throughout the house removing all the screens/storms, then proceeded to clean the exteriors and then all the interior windows. Used a rather interesting brush that not only contained the cleaning solution but was able to switch to rinsing solution. The rinse contained an additive that insured there were no water spots you often get on glass when using tap water. When completed the windows sparkled and were so clean! Garrett worked efficiently and wasted no time. I will certainly be a return customer next year.

The service was performed well and on time - the windows sparkle. I felt comfortable having Garrett in my home. He was responsive to email communication.
