I was able to schedule an appointment within a short time after my initial call. Prior to the date, I received a confirmation email and a reminder, along with an estimate. Garrett Pfarr, the owner, arrived punctually and began work after an initial confirmation of the work to be done, and answering a few questions. He worked very professionally and efficiently, but spent enough time to do a very thorough job (about 5 hours). The results were excellent, and I will definitely use his services in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Garrett called ahead and arrived right on time. He told us what he was going to do and about how long it would take. It took quite awhile to get started as his new washer didn't work. He had to change all connections to get his old washer hooked up. But, once he got started, he did a great job. I had moss on the underside of my aluminum awnings. He removed all of it. I had streaking under my windows on the vinyl siding. He removed all of it. Garrett exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the work that Garrett did. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

Garrett did an excellent job on everything! He pays attention to detail. The windows and screens are spotless. The roof looks great and the lichens are slowly disappearing. The dryer vent is clean, so now there's less of a fire hazard. We couldn't be more pleased. We'll definitely use View Renew in the future.

Scheduling was easy and the company was very prompt with follow up questions. Originally the company was only supposed to do the windows but when they arrived and handed me their business card it listed power washing as a service. They were able to do it at the same time. I was very happy especially being a holiday weekend. Garrett did a fantastic job and was very friendly. I already recommended this company to a coworker!

Incredibly responsive, I contacted them via angieslist email and they responded within minutes to both my email and then called me 1 minute after that to schedule a time. Worked around my crazy schedule to find a time that worked for both of us, even though I had to reschedule twice due to my own issues. Cleaned up the site afterwards, looked even cleaner then when he had began. Very professional, windows have never looked better!

I have had gutter cleaning done several times before, and I can say that Garrett's service is outstanding. He not only provided excellent service, but he gave me a call to explain everything he had done. No one had ever tried to flush out the drains before. They just did what they were hired for - cleaning the gutters. But he no only flushed the drains, but pointed out the one that is not draining, and is going to come back this weekend with even more powerful equipment to finish the job. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I plan to use him for as much of the work around the house as his company provides. He obviously takes pride in his work, and in sincere in his pledge to guarantee his work.

We had an excellent experience with ViewRenew. The windows and skylights Garrett cleaned were spotless. He was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. In all, he was here for about 4-5 hours. For the amount of work he performed, the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using ViewRenew in the future!

I put my house on the market prior to washing the windows thinking I had time to do them. Showings were scheduled immediately and I only had 2 days to get the windows washed. I contacted ViewRenew and Garrett came out the same day. Amazing response, amazing results. Sold the house 4 days later. I know the clean windows helped.

He misquoted, then call to make the appt and told me it would cost more, this is after I purchased the deal on Angie's list. While he was apologetic, it was unprofessionally as the owner has been cleaning windows for years and it is hard to believe he made this kind of mistake.

Even though he was busy taking care of his other snow removal jobs he responded to my call, came out as quickly as I could expect, and did an excellent job removing a lot of snow from a very long drive way!

It was a really cold day, but Garrett still kept the appointment and had to spend quite a bit of time on the exterior of our windows. He did a great job on both the exterior and interior -- it's been two months and I still can't get over how clean they look! I will definitely call ViewRenew again.
