They do an excellent job. Very thorough and responsive, and good communication. My neighbor went up on my roof to install drip edging the next day, and he commented on how clean the gutters were. I would definitely use. U.S.I. again.

This is the third time I have used this company and am very happy with their service. They are professional, punctual and courteous. I've recommended them to family and friends. My windows sparkled.

Excellent. Very happy with outcome, and they were fast!

The end result was OK, but they were late in coming out. Also, the Deal wasn't really clear about the scope of the work, especially since we had storm windows.

We couldn't agree on a price for window washing, so instead he cleaned my gutters. They did a nice job at gutter cleaning and they were very nice.

I have the old windows, so they agreed to wash the outside and come in my home and wash the inside of the windows. I took out my storm windows and the screens and had them all washed, so once they got done doing the inside and outside I put them all back together again.They look so nice and it helped us out, as we can no longer climb ladders.The workers were very pleasant and I would recommend them. My only concern was that I called to reconfirm our appointment and I got an answering machine and didn't get a call back until 15 minutes before they were to arrive. All went well though and if their price stays right I would hire them again.

inside window sills were supposed to be cleaned. Some were skipped and most still had dirt in them and some dirt was transferred onto my floors.

U.S.I. Window Washing went good. They come and do the job quick. They come right away and plow it for us. They are friendly and quick to get back at you.

We have a modern home with a lot of glass, and were looking for a window cleaning company that does both residential and commercial, since our home is more like a commercial building. USI was easy to work with. We scheduled an estimate in an evening, and then got on their schedule within a couple weeks. They showed up when they said and did a good job. We wanted to avoid using cleaners/chemicals, and their pure water system seemed to do a good job.

Josh was very responsive. We scheduled a time for the work to be that was convenient for me. His employees arrived on schedule, were very courteous, quick, and did and expert job. I will definitely use U.S.I again when I need my windows washed.
