If you want your remodeling project completed in a timely way, RUN FROM this company. By contract, my bathroom(s) project was to be done within one month of signing the contract (which I thought ambitious but was assured it was possible). After over 3 1/2 months on a relatively uncomplicated project, I fired them and contracted privately with other craftsmen. Stuart is rude. Dave is a nice enough man, but didn't understand the real need and urgency of getting these projects done. Their tile man--who has left them--was excellent as were the subcontracted electrician and plumber. To be fair, when it came to final billing they were willing to make adjustments. But trying to get the project done in a reasonable amount of time is impossible. If you don't have the time to spare, run. (Did I say run? RUN!)

The workmanship was very good, not perfect but quite good. (I'm picky). However, we were told the baths would be done in one month--which I thought was optimistic so figured two. However, after over three months there was still a great deal to do. We were even gone for two weeks of this process and left a key in a lockbox, notifying the contractor that they'd have free reign of time and dates. When we returned NOTHING had been done. I ended up firing them and getting someone else to finish. (Their tileman [who has since left] was excellent, a perfectionist, which I appreciated). I wanted an inset in the shower to hold soap and shampoo which was a little difficult to find in the necessary size due to spacing between studs, so I asked that they build one, very small, nothing fancy. The owner's son argued with me, told me to get a hanging one for over the shower head from Walmart, that his wife had just gotten one and she loved it. (!!) The quality of the cabinets we chose from them is excellent; look brand new after two years of use. If you want a project done within a reasonable time, do not hire this company. Do not. The owner is a nice man, but not a good project manager.
