+ -1 moreOur aging furnace was not operating correctly. We were referred to Simply Service by someone who owns several income properties and were very happy with the service. I called in the late afternoon, the next day someone was at my house. They totally worked around my/our schedule. Checked out the problem and came back the next morning at 8:30 with the necessary part. The charge was extremely reasonable. He originally thought the part would be about $100.00 more than it actually was. Since we know nothing of furnace repair he could have easily charged the extra $100.00 but didn't. Very honest. Also repaired without pushing for a new unit (which they also sell), that I appreciated as we have done business with other companies that only wanted to replace. Will use them again for sure.
Description of Work: No matter what we set our thermostat at the furnace would only bring up temperature in my home to 62, then would shut off. They found the main circuit board was corroded and needed to be replaced. Found where the water was leeking (collector box drain) and sealed. He showed us the corroded board after it had been replaced and it was indeed a mess. I had previously turned off my air purifier as it was arching constantly driving me nuts. He found a short and fixed it . Works perfectly now. .
