+ 0 moreThey were very quick. I had it done in the winter so I only had to wait one day. They were quick and efficient. They were very professional people. They knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: They replaced a boiler for the hot water heater. They got rid of the old part and cleaned up everything. One pipe had burst and they fixed it right away.

+ -1 moreI tried to make three separate appointments for a "tune up" with this company. After my first appointment was scheduled, they called me to tell me that someone had gone home ill, and they would have to reschedule as they were unable to get to me. I rescheduled a second appointment which was later also cancelled. Finally, a third appointment was scheduled for Thursday, July 3, in the afternoon. Upon scheduling, I checked to make sure they would be working that afternoon before the holiday. I was assured that was the case, so I cancelled my afternoon appointments to be home during the 1 PM to 5 PM window they said they would need. After waiting until about 3:30 PM, I called the office to see what the schedule was. I got an answering service who said they would page someone and have them call me with the time. I never heard back from them at all. As far as I am concerned, three strikes and you are out!
Description of Work: Air conditioner "tune up" which, according to their literature "includes 21 point inspection of your equipment and one year guarantee or your money back."
