Josh(owner) and crew came and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable , two days later they put the new fence up in a very timely manner. They are very professional, accurate, and kind. Prestigious Carpentry & Fencing was very responsive to my requests. Josh (owner) is very pleasant and takes pride in his work. I was extremely satisfied with the home projects completed. I highly recommend Prestigious Carpentry & Fencing LLC.

Long story short…just go elsewhere. This is what we were left with and were given the run around for weeks after. Screws are sticking out at unsafe areas, both openings are uneven, spacing is way off between the two gates, can’t lock it from inside my yard and I get locked in the backyard. It’s just a horrible job. He didn’t even cut the side posts down. I first contacted him regarding the job on August 8th, it’s now August 26th. It’s an embarrassment that I’m going to have to hire someone else to fix. Take your business elsewhere. UPDATE: How is my complaint unprofessional? I don’t own a business. You do. What’s unprofessional is mentioning my first name instead of Mrs. Jones. I have the right to feel the way I feel. I spent money on a gate that isn’t functional. I have to let my guests out my front door. It’s embarrassing trying to pull a chain to let someone out and the chain isn’t budging. I have to pull the chain and lift up the right side of the gate which is heavier than the left side. Sometimes it works and once it opens the heavier side drops. It is pretty bad. Josh and his guys did a great job with our fence, it not only looks great but you can tell it is made well and is very sturdy. He knows what he is talking about and was able to guide us to the correct decisions for our yard. Would recommend to family and friends.
