MIDWEST MODIFIED CEMENT

Chris provided an estimate which was less than my previous low quote. He was very professional and quickly provided references. I awarded the job to Midwest Modified Cement based on Chris' expertise and explanation of the stamped concrete process, his ideas on how to extend my curved patio, his pictures of previous work, and, of course, price. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Work started in late April and was completed in May. Chris kept his promise that I would have a usable patio by Mother's Day, even though they ran into several obstacles, such as an existing 6-inch concrete patio reinforced with wire, instead of a 4 inch concrete patio, which took much longer to remove, and we had several days of heavy rain. The end result is beautiful. Chris and his crew did an excellent job. I have received many compliments on my new patio, and we use it a lot more than before because it seems like an extension of the house rather than a boring patio.
