 + -1 moreWe agreed to have this work done by the end of April. They called to schedule - we scheduled it. Their truck came by and kept going. When I called I was told the pitch is to steep. He should have known because he had seen it earlier. But this explanation only came as a result of me calling him, not him calling me.
Description of Work: My chimney needed to be re tuck-pointed. Estimator came out and gave a reasonable price. We had a signed contract.
