Appraised my home for 1G less than the neighbor sold his home one year earlier. The neighbor did not have an insulated garage with 220 electric and natural gas supplied, a finished basement with a bar, hard wood floors, 10x15 shed with concrete and roll up door, two apple trees, beautifully landscaped yard 100 feet from a school, LARGE deck with pool, separate 10x15 concrete pad, all NEW inside woodwork, NEW remodeled bathroom, NEW kitchen flooring, fenced yard, etc.... When I called to question his work he said he would revisit it and NEVER called me back after repeated calls. 1 star because he blew me off after taking my money. I Recently got my Real Estate license and continuing education into Real Estate Appraisal myself. Mr Jake I will not be recommending you to ANYBODY, wink wink. To bad so sad.

Since we were from three states away, we needed a person who knew the local market and could fit us in on short notice. Jacob's office was responsive and he agreed to meet us at the home on the day we were already driving in to meet with the home inspector. Jacob was personable, prompt, and got the appraisal to us by email by the following evening. His price was very reasonable for the area and we could not have asked for a smoother process. We highly recommend him!
