Investment Painting Contractors

From the first phone call things went great and were never anything but great. I don't think we've ever called an experience with a contractor pleasant from start to finish before. Len always returned our calls promptly, gave us estimates that were accurate and timely, and was willing to work with our hectic schedule as well as those of the cabinetmaker, electrician and deck contractor. He and his crew always showed up at exactly the time they said they would and left the condo exactly as they found it. In fact, during the second visit, they finished sooner than expected and reduced the bill by $200! We are customers for life, basically. Our only regret? We have nothing else for Len and his crew to paint. His was not the least expensive estimate, but the quality of workmanship, level of professionalism and ALWAYS BEING ON TIME made it by far the best value.

Len came over in 30 minutes from my first call to do the estimate. His team was able to schedule my job for that same week and completed it in one day. Arrived on time, a nice job and excellent clean-up. Would definitely hire them again.

WE WILL CALL LEN FOR ANY JOBS IN THE FUTURE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEN AND HIS CREW FOR ANY PAINTING SERVICES.

They did a great job! The objective seemed to be not only to paint but to make each room look wonderful by doing a few extra touches. Len and staff were always here on time, friendly, and worked hard.

Received quotes from two other painters. Investment Painting was very competitive. Len, the owner, was very responsive to all of our questions and called us back within an hour or two of our leaving a message with him. He and four employees arrived exactly on time (7 AM). Went to work immediately. Promised to complete the job in two days and did just that. Employees were very courteous. Detail work in areas were contrasting colors were used was crisp. When they left, we could not tell they had been here. Protection of furniture, floors, etc., was very professional. We will use Investment Painting again and would highly recommend this company.

Work was performed quickly and cleanly.

Len and his team were prompt, courteous, thorough and reasonably priced. They completed the entire job in a single day - in at 7 and out at 5 - which was especially important, since we were leaving town on vacation the following day. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back where they found it. My wife even thinks they may have improved the sound of our stereo! I was impressed and would use them again.

We were very satisfied. He was extremely professional and the service provided was outstanding, despite illness on the crew and a death in the family.

My original call was made while Len was on vacation, however he returned the call the same day. We agreed to met the following Saturday at 9:00 AM. and he was on time. Len committed to completing the job in two business days the following week no matter how many hours his crew had to work. The crew completed the job with great quality on the second day as agreed. I could not have been happier with their work.

Len did a great job. He was always available via phone and showed up to work on time without fail. Len didn't complain or argue about the price when some time-consuming changes were made to our 2 day job. He consistently went above my expectations. He and his crew did an excellent job.

Extremely professional and when they said they would arrive at seven on the given day, they were right on the dot. In addition to perfection in their painting, they work very fast. They were done in a day and one half.

Although we arranged an appointment, this painter never showed up. He called a week later (!) to say he couldn't make it because he was swamped, & did not remember speaking to me, instead insisted he spoke to my husband which was not true. While I appreciated his calling back, I would have liked an apology & a call when he failed to appear.

Specialists Len (owner), Ed, Neal, & Joe arrived promptly at the assigned time, 7 am. They were very careful, covering the floors & remaining furniture. The guys were pleasant & worked diligently. Eddie did an awesome job "repairing" the moisture-damaged living room wall. It looks perfect! Len applied the fine finishing touches on some woodwork in the hallway he painted. He did a meticulous job on that & the entire bathroom. For the kitchen & bath, we decided to use Len's expert knowledge of color harmonies, & were very pleased! The full project was completed by 4 pm, including clean-up! Len was right for us to be cautious about the family room ceiling. There was slight bleeding, but thanks to a quick return job from Ed (again using oil-based Kilz, rather than regular paint) & son, Eric, it now looks perfect! Investment Painting delivers high-quality workmanship. They truly brightened up the place- in more ways than one! Thanx for the gift card!

The experience was excellent as it had been 3 yrs. ago. The painters came on time and did a terrific job. They also cleaned everything up before they left.

The four painters arrived on time and did a beautiful job. They completely cleaned up everything and finished in the time quoted. They were polite, efficient, and accommodating. Len repainted the kitchen for me when I said that the color was too vivid. Now it is perfect, and he did not charge extra for the repainting. The price was very reasonable for an entire house interior.

Professional and responsive. Did not hire since we found someone slightly less expensive.

Len and his crew did an excellent job - the results are above and beyond my expectations. Prior to contracting for the work, Len came to give a free estimate, and informed us that one of the colors we had chosen would require an extra day and approximately double the price, because multiple coats would be required. We re-thought and changed our color choice; and are very happy we did - not only did the crew get everything done in a single day, but the price was very reasonable. Len was very prompt in returning calls, showed up on time for both the estimate and the work, and got our work scheduled earlier than planned because of another customer's cancellation. I'll definitely use Investment Painting again.

They were fantastic! The painting looks great and they did everything in two days! Wow! I could not be happier with their work. Plus, they were pleasant to have around. I feel like I have a new house!

LEN'S CREW HAD TO REPAIR A VERY BADLY BOTCHED PAINT JOB. EXCELLENT, PROMPT WORK, EXACTLY ON ESTIMATE FOR COST AND TIME. EXCELLENT CLEANUP. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE LEN AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM.

Very good. They are polite and courteous. The owner is always on the job. I have never had any problems with them. They clean up well, and it looks great.

This contractor did an excellent job. Three men worked three long, overtime days. They are fast, high quality painters. Our home looks great. Easy and cooperative to work with. Pleasant people to have in your home. They cleaned up every evening after they were through. I highly recommend Investment Painting Contractors.
