+ -1 moreExcellent. The job took longer than he thought it would but he didn't complain and stood by his original price estimate. I thought his price was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. I've had several compliments on the new appearance of the house! I called Bob again in August of 2012 to say that a couple of pieces of the siding were pulling off (probably due to the strong winds we've had) and that I didn't want to negatively affect his job by adding nails myself. He said he would be over in a couple of days to fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. Very Happy Customer!
Description of Work: Bob did a nice job siding the house next door and I believe the roofing, as well, in 2010. I asked him about the home improvements he did and was told he did roofing, siding, drywall, etc. I hired Bob in 2011 to put siding on the soffit, fascia and other trim on the exterior of my house. Bob was always on time, a conscientious worker, thorough, respectful and patient. He took changes and additions to the plans in stride. He maintained the integrity and design of the house by doing extra cuts and shaping around the molding. He also attached a weather vane to my garage roof for me and did a bit of finish work on my front porch.
