+ -1 moreRandy and his co-worker got the work done in about four hours. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We used them in the past. Will probably hire them again. Their cost was very competitive with a couple other companies. Our past experience with them made us choose them again. They do a great job!
Description of Work: Had one new outlet put in the kitchen pantry. Another one in the garage. Had two receptacles moved to new locations. Had all the outlets and receptacles in the kitchen area changed to light almond.

We have 2 large dogs and he was great with them as he did his work. I will recommend him to all of my friends and will definitely utilize his services again if the need arises.

Description of Work: replaced existing ceiling fan, light fixture above sink and range hood. The new fixtures were bought by myself but the removal of existing fixture and installation of the new fixture were all completed by Flat Rate Electric

Description of Work: Removed multiple old lighting fixtures replacing them with energy efficient ones. Rewired and installed into recessed ceiling coves in a mid-century modern house. Electrician was very thoughtful in helping me choose the best replacements for 55 year old fixtures. Cost included the new fixtures. Very happy with the entire transaction.

Even though he spent more time than he anticipated, the cost was the same as his quote. Flat Rate means just that!

+ -1 moreMy home wa built by my great grand father, it orginally had no electricty when built. Multiple upgrades have been done although the 2nd floor had 3 outlets for 4 rooms . The work was very extensive and timely. Randy went above and beyond to finish the job.
Description of Work: Randy is very professional, timely, affordable and neat. I needed to have outlets in the 2nd floor of my 1890,s farm house. It took him more time then expected altough no extra charges were occured. My home has had meny renovations he was able to preform all the jobs resonably and timely
