Faye was an absolutely amazing agent for us! We stumbled on a home that was in foreclosure on the north side of Racine in December 2008. While Faye did not have much experience in foreclosure home sales she took the time to educate herself of the challenges associated with negotiating a foreclosure home sale. She drafted our first offer on Christmas eve. I couldn't expect her to work on her holiday but this just goes to show you how much she cares for her customers.The selling agent and the bank holding the loan were absolutely terrible to work with and Faye was very persistent and kept pushing them for feedback and communication as we went through the bidding process. We listened to her recommendations on putting in offers on the home. We wanted to a considerable amount more for the home but Faye convinced us that the plan we had was not the best for the process. We listened to her and after three months of negotiations we were able to save approximately 10% from what we initially were going to offer. This is further evidence of what a fantastic agent she is and how she is looking out for the best interest of the buyer and seller. Often times in today's economy we've seen firsthand (as we sold our old home in the Chicago land area). How other agents are pushing for a sale to get a commission rather than helping their customer (us) make/save money. I'd recommend Faye to represent both buyers and sellers. We do not plan on moving from this home for years to come, but if plans change. Faye will be the first person we'll contact. She's fabulous!

I think she gets 6% of the sale of the home. She doesn't generally work with foreclosure sales, but our home was in foreclosure. She advised us on how to put offers and put it together. In fact, she put an offer together for us on Christmas Eve when we were out of town. She continued to follow up, and as a result of that we ended up winning a bid. She was very consistent in her efforts. She's a fantastic realtor.
