An order was placed for all three items to take advantage of a Google shipping discount. I needed the kitchen faucet first. Received an email that the one item I needed right away was not available to ship for 4-6 weeks. My mistake for not cancelling immediately! I shopped around as I needed the item ASAP; found it locally w/2 day delivery for just $20 more. I called to cancel the order. The rep said that two items were available for shipping but for some reason had been tagged to be held for the other item. I was p***** since I'd given NO request. I agreed to accept the two items but to cancel the other as the rep said it was not available. Not one hour later, I receive an email saying that the item 'not available'...the kitchen faucet...had shipped! I called to tell eFaucet to discuss and they refused to accept responsibility. They said that yes, they had a record of my request to cancel but it took 3-13 DAYS to cancel an order!! Apparently they are not fully automated...in this day and age? Now they are sticking me with a shipping charge both ways and a 15% restocking fee for the kitchen faucet - I'll lose about $60. I was put on eternal hold each time I called; one time, after demanding to speak to a supervisor, and the rep saying that there were no managers that night - I was yelling at that point, I am put on hold for 15 minutes (!! yes, I timed it), a 'supervisor' is miraculously found and she refuses again to accept my request to cancel the order, repeatedly calling my attention to policies posted. I repeately remarked that I'd cancelled the order, was told it was cancelled and was utterly furious that suddenly an item I'd waited two weeks for and was not available, was suddenly shipped an hour after I cancel the order! Do NOT BUY from this company. Get their prices and shop locally for someone to price match. This is the very worst customer service I've encountered...besides Verizon Wireless.

I searched for brass faucets from eFaucets. I bought some faucets from eFaucets where the picture showed all brass even though the finish said chrome/brass. I thought since there was a "Satisfaction Guarantee" that I could send them back if they weren't what I needed. I called to find out how to send them back and they said they were closeouts and I couldn't send them back. I can find nowhere on the page where it says closeout. I did find in tiny letters "No image available in this finish." I guess it doesn't say whose "Satisfaction Guarantee."
