The work was done perfectly. This job turned out to require expertise of several different issues; a large section of the wood under the old roof had to be replaced and a new exterior door that was improperly hung by another company that badly leaked during any rain storm, had to be removed and then replaced so the new second floor rubber roof could be correctly installed. Andrew and Angelo were very friendly, worked efficiently and expertly, explaining what they were doing and why, and cleaned up after themselves after each day they were here...being careful to make sure my dog didn't get out of the back yard as they were going in and out of the yard for their materials. Barry was generous in arranging for additional work time and materials to finish off a section of shingled roof attached to the new rubber roof at no additional cost. Andrew even came back on his own time, while it was raining no less, to do the final caulk and make sure everything was done to perfection. I can't say enough good things about this company, and the work that Andrew and Angelo did...they are expert in anything they do, fairly priced and dedicated to doing a top quality job...D&D workmen will be coming back to install new gutters around my house and next spring, after I make a final decision about the design I want, will be building a new floating wooden deck for the roof. You get a quality job with this company.

Very professional. I needed help with this situation which was causing water damage in our house. What made this even more stressful was that it occurred during Thanksgiving and deer hunting season. I realize a lot of workers in this industry are also hunters so my expectations of getting it resolved during this time were pretty low. What a pleasant surprise when only minutes after leaving a voicemail I received a phone call and was able to arrange an estimate for the same day! Two days later (the day after Thanksgiving) the repair was promptly taken care of. In addition to great and prompt service, a day or two later, I received a follow up call from the owner (Dale) to make sure that we were pleased with the job. That's great customer service!! We'll definitely use D&D Roofing next time for our roofing needs.

We had a roof that was leaking days after a rain. I called several people looking for someone to make an emergency repair. Dale was the only one (out of 4) that returned my call. He showed up within hours (as he said he would). He said he could fix it the next day. We were in a rush, this was a Monday and we were to get more rain on Wednesday. They fixed it on Tuesday. We have had several torrential rains since then and not a drop in the house! But here is the most impressive part: Dale actually checked back with us after the rains to see how it was holding up. That is the perfect definition of above and beyond! I can't say enough about the professionalism and reliability. But I can say that we will call them next time we need his help.

Still waiting for job to start, nothing but excuse after excuse. Took 1 month to make any sort of attempt to try and match my roof shingles, and that was only because I expressed my disappointment. I don't have anything exotic either. Terrible Communication. What's the point of having a phone when no one ever picks up. Voicemails are returned 4 days or more afterwards. Multiple appointments and promised return calls not kept. Was scheduled for my job to start but no one ever showed up. No phone call to reschedule or even explain. 3 Voicemails asking for updates haven't been returned. Don't believe me, call them yourselves and see how fast they respond. Any decent contractor will actually pick up the phone, if not then actually call you back within 1-2 business days. If they aren't responsive, move on. Price quoted was fair considering it was same as another contractor but D&D includes workmanship warranty the other didnt. I'll update the review whenever they decide to start my project.

Roofing project was completed in two days without any problems and to our satisfaction. Gutter and fascia project was completed separately from the roof. No problems with the gutter and downspouts. A slight communication problem developed with the individual installing the fascia as to the scope of the work, but it was corrected without an issue.

The communication was terrible. Did not call when they said they would and very slow in returning my calls to them. I called them to let them know I wanted to sign the contract. It took my leaving a message stating that I felt they did not want my business because they never called to set up a time for me to sign the contract for me to hear from them. When they came to have me sign the contract I was told that they would call me the next week and the work would be done that week. They would call me before they came so I would know when to expect them. Two weeks later I came home from running an errand, and there they were setting up their equipment. When I said that I expected a call before they came, they said that they didn't know what time I got up so didn't want to call me that morning. Once there the workers were very polite and I assume that the work was done correctly.

I had a couple of areas where water was leaking into my house when it rained. He was prompt in returning my call and set up time with me when he would be able to come by and look at the problem that day. He went up on my roof and blew all the debris off my roof that was causing the leaks and then he cleaned that up for me. He also told me that I would need a roof in the next few years. He was very helpful and friendly, he really helped me out that day.

Really good repair. No more hornet problem and no more hole. On time, fixed the first time. Very happy with the whole transaction.

Very happy with their work. Did not start when they said they would, but once they did get there they completed the job quickly. They also did an excellent job cleaning up.

They were very punctual in meeting us and giving us the estimate. The turnaround time to schedule it was very timely. They did a quality job pretty quickly. I was pretty happy with them.

They gave a quote and did the job. Everything went fine and we would give them the highest marks. They did a good job. They were here when they said that they were going to be there. They have done a quick and thorough job so far. We don't know if it leaks or not but we would find out one day. It was not price but a number of different things like their ability to do the job at our time and the way to do it that stood out. Their salesman seemed to know as to what he was talking about and gave the best presentation as far as telling what he was talking about.

I had problems on half of my roof. I resisted having the whole roof replaced. He took the time to show me the problems were widespread not just on the half. He also showed me that the cost of the whole roof wasn't alot more than just doing half. They came sooner than promised and were very careful not to damage the gutters or siding. One gutter was dented which they replaced. one spot on the siding had some scuff marks which I took off with some WD-40. Although the boss wasn't there all the time he did stop by often to talk to his crew and to us. He asked that we do a walk around inspection of the job before I paid him. It was odd that they didn't want any money down before the work.

Dale was great at explaining the process and materials and help us make choices. We did not feel he was too pushy, although he did convince us to replace our gutters when we were not originally planning to. He was mid-range in his price. His crew worked hard long hours into the evening and even early on a Sunday morning. Clean up was very good but not perfect; although I know with cleaning up a roofing job is tough. I would recommend Dale to anyone.
