CCC & W DECK CLEANING & POWERWASHING CO

Company representative came to my home, was friendly, gave a fair estimate (nice report submitted), and said he would be in contact once we sent a $100 payment and decided to use his company's service. Since I had heard nothing from this company after 2 weeks, I became proactive and called to determine process for moving forward with my project. I recognize that services are challenging and weather dependent. but the owner wasnt even willing to offer an approximete week or two for service. I realize times/dates can change on a moment's notice due to weather, but I work variable shifts, was scheduled to be out of town for 10 days in the near future, and merely wanted an estimated date to make arrangements for dog care, my own work schedule, the scheduling of other landscaping projects, etc. My deck is located within a locked fence area, and someone would have to be home to let his company on the property. He was rude, short, and extremely unaccommodating. I was NOT asking him to commit to any specific date..just give me a 2 week window to work with. He told me my request was unreasonable and that no one else had ever asked this of him. I find that hard to believe. His attitude was condescending and he would not even listen to what I was asking...he just assumed I wanted an exact date, and kept interrupting me on the phone. I have had several projects done that are weather specific, so I fully comprehend the subsequent challenges faced. He returned the $$$ to me in the form of a check, not even taking the time to fill in my full name, he used my last name only. I found this man to be very unprofessional, and he lacked knowledge of true customer service.

COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD IN MAINTAINING COMMUNICATION WITH ME, WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED. DID A NICE JOB IN CLEANING AND APPLYING PROTECTION TO THE DECK. ALSO TRIED TO CLEAN MILDEW OFF OF EAVES UNDER GARAGE ROOFLINE. DID A FAIRLY GOOD JOB, ALTHOUGH NOT ALL WAS REMOVED FOR FEAR THAT PAINT WOULD ALSO BE REMOVED. OVERALL GOOD COMPANY & I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

OWNER CAME OUT ON THE JOB. ESTIMATE WAS A BIT BETTER THAN OTHERS THAT I'D GOTTEN. GAVE ME A GUARANTEE ON THE WOOD TREATMENT.
