Building Waters

The removal and installation went on without any issues. He kept his appointment time and finished in less than an hour. Very happy with the finished product.

We were trying to work out a time for him to come out. I was available after 2:45 on Thursday and all day Friday. He told me after 3 pm he would go into the premium cost per hr, which it said nothing about on the deal details. He tried to have me make the appointment at 1 pm but I was not able to get off earlier. I decided to cancel and I sent him text to cancel and he never text me back to acknowledge he got my message. I would not recommend him to anyone.

During our annual furnace checkup, the repair man told us the water heater needed replacing; it was starting to rust through the bottom. (It was also 24 years old.) A few days later, we saw an Angie's List deal for Building Waters. I called, scheduled the appointment for the following week, and the work was done with no complaints.

I called on Wednesday, November 26th (day before Thanksgiving). Scheduled an appointment for the next Monday (December 1st). Wesley arrived at 8am as scheduled. He went right to work, did a quality job, in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

They did a great job. He did go beyond the time limit specified and we volunteerd to pay for that. We will be using him again in the future.

All faucets are working just fine. Everyone who did the work showed up on time and in good humor. All were quick, efficient, patient with questions., and professional.

The provider was very prompt in responding after I purchased the deal. The appointment was scheduled and they arrived on time. The work was completed and cleanup left no mess. I am very happy with the service and would use them again

Plumber arrived and as we were looking at the system we both noticed at the same time the pipes was broken in two putting co2. Into the basement. He went to the store to get the pipe needed and fixed the system as well as flushing the water heater. He basically saved our lives. Very satisfied.

They were great, they were on time and very professional.

He was awesome! He was very quick and efficient. He installed a new bathroom faucet, fixed some loose and loud pipes in the basement, and installed a check valve on our sump pump. He also showed us the best way to use our emergency back-up sump pump. We would definitely call Building Waters again.

Contacted me right away to set up appointment. Came and installed new toilet and removed and took away old one. New toilet looks and works great. the guy who did the work was very nice and professional. Will use again.

Purchased the deal before finding out we'd have to pay overtime for a 4P appointment because we work. Didn't get the deal that was advertised. The deal was to replace an outside faucet with a type that would drain itself. Gentleman replaced the faucet with same type. I could have done it myself. Took approximately 20 minutes for the job but we had to pay overtime and were charged more than the original deal. The serviceman did not recommend putting in advertised faucet replacement because it would take even more time/money to install. They should state in their ad that they will charge overtime for appointments after 3P and then do less than the advertised service.

The provider needed to reschedule with us numerous times. It has taken over a month for the provider to perform the services. He was efficient while at our home but it was a pain getting him there. He replaced our outdoor faucet.

Spoke with building waters to obtain estimate and set up date/time for work to be preformed. When the day came for the job to be done, The workman was an hour late, and his quote was 3 times the amount that I was originally quoted, I informed him of the quote I had gotten and he stated some lame excuses. He was also extremely rude and argumentative. I will say his work was excellent. With the exception of failure to clean up after the job, He left fittings, and material on the floor, and solder in the deep sink. Also was running up and down the stairs every five minutes to get a tool or part from his truck. He wasted over a half hour doing this, then another 5 minutes calling on the cellphone, I was also billed for this time. When he presented the bill it was a few dollars more then originally quoted. After I sat down and figured out the cost I realized that he overcharged me 1 hour for labor. I purchased the 79,00 service call plus the first hour of labor free, from Angies list. I was charged for that hour on my bill. I call Building waters and they explained that I was being charged an extra hour labor because they had to go to the store and get the parts they needed to do the job. I was shocked, never before has anyone charged me an hour labor to get parts. Lastly there was no mention of this charge during the first quote. Buyer beware of this business.

We cannot say enough good things about Wesley Rosenberg and his crew. We have experience in building and rehabbing our previous two homes. On this kitchen remodel we were functioning as the general contractor, hiring only the plumber and electrician. We know good work when we see it. Wesley and his employees were extremely professional, responsive, willing to work within our budget, creative at solving some challenging problems posed by our old, old house, and patient with us as we redesigned aspects of the project.

Although the problem with the toilet noise seemed to be corrected, it returned as soon as he left. He never made the inspection of the household plumbing. He was a very nice man and very easy to work with, but I was dissappointed in the work.

Allen came right on time and was friendly and did a great job.

It went fine. Fixed the line then reviewed and quoted a few other jobs.

Paid for hour service at the price on angles list wich turned to 600.00 real fast. Promised to replace values and leave a professional cover plate on wall . I was left with gaudy hole in wall and a mess everywhere and the cover plate now covers power outlet and looks terrible. Then called to complain and owner met with me and told me I didn't pay for the hole in wall and he refused to make it look professional. This hole is right in everyone's view and is terrible . The owner was rude and disrespectful and refused to fix unless of course I paid more. Would never recommend or rehire there services..terribly unprofessional

He arrived on time and completed the job in well under a half an hour. He mentioned that I had my water temperature set dangerously high and advised me to lower it. I was grateful for the warning.

I saw the Deal offered by Building Waters plumbing for $79 (1-hour) of plumbing services, which I purchased. Within 24-hrs of purchasing the Deal, I received a call from Wesley (the plumber) and he wanted to scheduled his service within the next 24-72 hours. I wasn't quite ready (needed to purchase the faucet); so I called him about a week later and we scheduled the work for early the week following my call back to him. We were having trouble with our very old toilet running frequently and Wesley made a minor correction and its working great. He also told us where we could purchase parts for our very old toilet! He also installed a new bathroom sink faucet, which I had already purchased. He did a beautiful job and was punctual and very pleasant. I will definitely hire him again! Great find!! RE: Do's and Don'ts: When I originally spoke with Wesley I asked for his phone number to call him back, because it wasn't supplied to me on the Deal paperwork I received following my online purchase through Angie's list. He gave it to me and I misplaced it. So, when I was ready to call him back I had to call Angie's list to get his phone number. (My particular membership did not include this type of "call-in for info" service but they gave me the phone number this one time free of charge - suggesting that I upgrade my membership.) I feel STRONGLY that the Deal Paperwork from Angie's list should automatically provide the service provider's phone number and contact information, including the business owner's name and mailing address.

Bought the Big Deal $79 from them which included one hour of plumbing service. We were charged an equipment charge just to use his equipment as well as charged for travel time for him to go get the equipment. Expected it might be more than $79 but seems inflated.

He made two trips. The first adjustment didn't fix the problem, which I noticed next day. He returned in a day and installed the new handle, which fixed it.
