Description of Work: The service call was prompted for a water heater replacement. That went quick, and was put in as expected. At the same time, I had a slow running bath tube and bathroom sink. This was the opportunity to solve that. After trying to clean the pipe, it was decided to replace it. That was the appropriate solution - replace it. After cutting the old iron pipe, the black hard clog splattered everywhere. Quite a mess. Overall they cleaned up nicely - they left the final "good clean" for me, which is fine. Price was not inexpensive, but fully reasonable for the work performed. | |

Description of Work: Replaced an outside faucet. Allen came out and did an absolutely fabulous job. Ask for Allen you won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: Tub/shower leak repaired |cleared out sewer of tree roots |worked on kitchen sink drain problem that had very old grease filled line; recommended use of "bio clean" to be applied over consecutive nights and then followed up with monthly applications.-Problem is slowly resolving.

Description of Work: An initial toilet tune-up plus one follow-up visit to replace the valve unit. The repairman identified and fixed the initial problem in two minutes. However the valve started whistling badly. I called them back and the company arranged to replace the valve.

Description of Work: I did not need the work done I had called for, so it was determined by Building Waters. So they were kind enough to give me a full year to let them know of any plumbing problem, and they will come out and give me the same $79.00 deal. They were super customer service oriented.

Description of Work: This person kept changing the prices on everything verbally. He is more |expensive then all the other estimates that I got. I finally asked him to put his prices in writing, to clarify his changing prices, he is too expensive for me.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Angies List for $79 and have been puzzled by how much I ended up paying. I believe I am due a partial refund. | |Angie's List described the Building Waters Big Deal "for a plumbing service call, with one hour of labor" to be a $150 value for $79. Since the total of the labor on the receipt, including the trip charge and the miscellaneous fee (huh?) totaled $195, shouldn't that Big Deal have reduced that total labor charge to $45? Instead, The way Building Waters' bill was written up, the $79 I paid on July 8 was only a down payment for the work that happened on July 11. In effect, for this consumer, there was no real deal but only a come-on. | |Neither Building Waters nor Angie's List has responded to my questions. |To Building Waters' credit, the work I paid for was competently done and their response time beyond impressive. To Angie's List's shame, they seem to be more interested in sending out promotional emails than standing behind what they're selling. I'm ready to drop my Angie's List membership.

Description of Work: Installed all new bathroom fixtures including new tub/shower, sink and toilet. Have also used him for clogged drains and emergency broken pipe repair. Excellent work, very prompt and fair prices. He also stands behind his work 100%. This is my go to plumber for all my work.
