Budget Blinds of Racine & Kenosha

Our design consultant Carol is very experienced and knowledgeable. She understood our needs and desires and recommended the best solutions. The blinds were installed by the owner, Jeff, who worked quickly and did a fine job. We are very happy with our new blinds. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Racine to anyone.

We've used Budget Blinds several times. It's so much easier to call them, have them bring all the samples to my home and measure accurately, rather than try to order online or buy in a store! The installer we had this last time was very courteous and worked quickly but carefully. He did a great job. I'd definitely recommend Budget Blinds and use them again!

They were prompt and did an excellent job. I was happy with the installation and the work. Update - 10/16/2013: The batteries in our automated blinds died on us less than a year after purchase. We were originally told during our initial service that they would replace the batteries once they died. Less than a year later, the batteries have already drained and when we reached out to the company to honor their offer, they informed us that not only would we have to purchase the batteries, but it would cost $20 for them to come out in service our blinds. This is not what we agreed upon originally and after expressing our distaste on the matter, they agreed to waive the $20 service fee, but informed us we would still have to purchased new batteries. Considering we spent around $1100-$1200 dollars for this service, we expected them to hold true on their guarantee as well as for the batteries to hold up for more than a year. My husband has since replaced the batteries himself, which is slightly distressing given the fact that it is uncomfortable seeing him at his age on a ladder to do the very job Budget Blinds guaranteed us prior.

Great overall experience. The salesperson (Linda) came to my house to consult with me and my fiancand eacute;. She did a good job listening to what I wanted and suggesting products to match. I believe she got a good understanding of who we were, what kind of house we have, and what types of products we were interested in. She also assisted in color and pattern selection. For the installation, Jeff is a real pro. It went smooth and fast and he did a great job. I'm very satisfied and will use them again.
