Outstanding from start to finish. I have not one complaint with TAPAR.. they swapped out my old furnace with a new Ruud high efficiency furnace. They were extremely clean as well, everything was properly covered and they cleaned up after themselves. The new furnace is dramatically quieter than the original one. I can already see a large improvement on my heating bill. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks and good work.

Absolutely excellent! It was a large installation from the beginning on a new house we built. They were very helpful walking us through the process, getting all the proper things in order and very detail oriented. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. True craftsman at their trade, not just hired hands slapping the stuff in quick. I couldn’t believe how meticulous they were. Further into the process they laid down drop cloths and wore boot covers every time they entered. They suggested a high efficiency condensing boiler to do the infloor heat and also to take care of our hot water. And then also installed ductwork central air system. They weren’t the least expensive estimate, but the quality of work and the efficiency of our system has paid for itself numerous times over. I would definitely use them again.

Our furnace was making weird noises when it turned on. We contacted Tapar LLC and they sent Seth out to look at it the same day. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly check everything over. He found that the blower motor was bad and that it was out of alignment. He replaced the blower motor and realigned it. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was in working order. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely use them again in the future.

My experience with TAPAR was remarkable. Seth personally showed up and looked over our system. We suspected something wasn't working well with the furnace and air conditioner. Seth took the time to come out and thoroughly look through everything. We've gone through many other Heating/Cooling companies in the past, but I've never seen anyone actually take the furnace apart to pinpoint the problems. He even took the time to take some photographs of the problems as well as showed us in person. We were very comfortable with making the decision to purchase an entirely new system thanks to TAPARs reasoning. With the install, I've never seen someone take so much pride in their work. Everything looks perfect. They take the time to explain what was done, as well as how everything operates. They were even able to upgrade my thermostat to operate with my cell phone. They also took the time to set that up on my phone and show me how to operate everything. I won't hesitate to call TAPAR again, outstanding performance, very clean, professional, and honest. Thank you for getting us prepared for this cold season.
