On Sunday 3/8 our roof was leaking everywhere! Front room, bedroom and kitchen. We had every towel and canning jar set out to catch all the water. I signed onto Angies List because we did not know of any local roofers personally and figured that this would be the way to go. After reading all the great reviews and the trip between Pulaski & Shawano was not really that far, maybe a 30-45 minute commute, we chose Schwartz Siding and Roofing. My husband called that very day. We realized that they were closed but wanted to leave a voice mail so we could touch base the following day. No response on Monday so my husband called again and spoke with Schwartz roofing, explained the issue. We were asked if we wanted it patched or a new roof. We told him we had a new roof put on 4 years ago but after he looks at it and determines what the issue is we can then make a decision. We were told he would be out the following day. Never showed up, never called back. So the following day we called another roofer that was not on Angies list and came out the following morning, even got a call to tell us they were on there way! When your roof is leaking like ours was you need to find out what the issues are and get them fixed asap. You cannot just let something like that go. It is the most important part of your home! I am very disappointed that we did not even get a call back telling us "hey we have an emergency, we cant make it at this time and offer us another time to re-schedule. Or at the very least tell us we are not interested in fixing your roof way out there, find someone else. To sit and wait for a roofer while water is coming in your home everywhere and you can't do anything about it is very frustrating. We did not even rate the professional courtesy of a call back.

They gave me the estimate about a month ago. They were fairly responsive because I had called some other people and they never showed up or never called me back. It's a very small repair so they are trying to fit it in between their bigger jobs because we have lots of storm damage in the area.

excellent. Chris and Christian kept me informed of their progress and what was happening as it was happening. highly recommended. attention to detail and genuinely care about the quality of their work. the owner of the company was here several times to gauge the progress and quality of the work as well.
