We've had Frey Construction in the past for a couple of projects, so it was a no brainer when we needed to replace our 28 year old gutters. They removed the old gutters and downspouts then installed the new 5" gutters, gutter covers and 3"x4" downspouts and were finished by 3:00 p.m. that afternoon and they look awesome! Thanks Scott and Crew.

We worked with Frey to renovate our home in the Sunset Village neighborhood with an addition that nearly doubled the size of our small house. It has been a complete game changer for our young family and we are so happy with the experience! Designers Sam and Ben were with us every step of the way, ensuring our comfort with initial sketches and selecting fixtures all the way through to final project photography. Project Manager Aaron kept us updated on a daily basis and was super flexible in helping us manage new details when our second child was born early in the middle of construction! We especially appreciated the close attention and creativity to working within our budget. We recommend Frey to everyone we know!

I would highly recommend Frey Construction for any remodeling project that you may have. They were very professional, pleasant to work with and did a great job. We are very happy with our Master Bath remodel.

Although they advertise that they do deck work, they don't do deck demolition only. When told that I had an upcoming siding project with another company (and that other company doesn't do any deck-related work), I was told Frey won't give me a quote for demolition work. But they'd be happy to come out to quote a replacement deck...? I am doing my home renovation in phases, and I've already allocated my construction budget for this season -- and it doesn't include a new deck. But in the next couple of years I am going to rebuild the deck, need new interior flooring, might want interior painting, and a new roof will be coming in a few years too...but Frey has taken itself out of the running. Seems like a dumb way to go when you could be cultivating a new customer just by hauling junk away, but I guess the demo work isn't profitable enough for them.

BBB and Angi were right in their 5 star rating! I knew our attic was not properly insulated. Frey evaluated it and advised us what should be done, not pushy but friendly and professional. They sealed all the air leaks then blew in better insulation. Now ice no longer forms on our steel roof. Our propane furnace has not kicked in since the job was done! Our little wood fireplace is now able heat the house. We will recoup the cost in no time. The installers were friendly, on time and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use Frey construction for our future home projects.

Frey replaced our gutters and we are very pleased with the result. Their consultation was excellent, no hard sell, just a complete and accurate assessment of our options. The gutters look great, and work perfectly. Even though it was not the result of Frey's installation, they fixed some shingles that the previous roofing company had left inproperly attached. (We wish we had used Frey for our roofing!) Five stars.

We needed to have a skylight replaced and turned to Frey Construction to do the job. Their response for a quote was quick and thorough. They explained what would be done to complete the job: brand of skylight and features, cost, roofing color match, time forecast to order the materials, time to complete the job, etc. Everything fell perfectly in-to-place. Payment was seamless with their secure on-line process. We a very satisfied with Frey Construction and won't hesitate to use them again. Thinking now of some kitchen counter upgrading

Frey did an amazing job on our roof replacement so we had them back to do our windows. Great communication from everyone and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Frey Construction. They replaced my roof and gutters. The workers were fast and efficient and their interactions with me were always courteous and professional. The office staff were patient and helpful and I greatly appreciated all the time they spent to answer my questions. The quality of work is exceptional and they exceeded my expectations with the clean up afterwards. I highly recommend them!

We hired Frey for a really large remodel that included refinishing or replacing all floors, gutting and rebuilding the kitchen, removing and/or shifting walls, gutting and rebuilding 2 large bathrooms, and more. We worked on bids from both Frey and a competitor. Both provided very similar cost estimates, but Frey provided a much more comprehensive report, listing all aspects of the project and costs. With Frey, we worked closely with the designers from the very beginning. The other company introduced us to their designer, who we talked to for 5 minutes at the end of the bid process. The designer was critical to our project, so we were much more comfortable with Frey. The time estimate for the construction completion was long, but it was also the same as the competitor. It was reasonable for the amount of work to be done. We were not living in the home with the construction, so timing wasn’t urgent for us. The work moved along very steadily. There were only minor issues faced along the way. With any project, there will be hiccups outside of the contractor's control. How the issues are handled is what makes a great company. Frey handled all concerns quickly and to our satisfaction. They were always open to communication and were very responsive to questions. In the end, we were able to move in a couple weeks earlier than originally planned. Everything turned out beautifully and just as we had planned. We are very excited to be in our newly remodeled home! We highly recommend Frey to anyone looking for a reliable, well managed, and high quality construction company.

I hired Frey Construction to put on a new room for my lake house last fall. I spoke with Scott Frey directly and he helped my pick the right materials and color pattern. Scott agreed to do the job first thing this spring. Well, he did exactly that and my new roof looks great and the price was very competitive. I have used Frey Construction in the past for other projects and every time I had a great experience. Scott is a man of his word and I highly recommend using his company for any projects you want done correctly ! Ray

We used Frey to demolish a double story wooden deck and replace with composite as well as build a screened in porch, replace windows, and remove a door and replace with windows. They did an AMAZING job!!! Everyone we worked with was great. They were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and definitely knew their trade. They provided great recommendations, while still giving ample (but not too ample to get bogged down) choice as to what materials, fixtures, look, etc we wanted. Kyle Schluter in particular was phenomenal to work with. He helped us create a design that we loved before we embarked on construction and then made sure that we were happy and comfortable with the project and progress every step of the way. In addition to Kyle we worked with 2 primary guys - Ben and Joe on construction who were fantastic. They were always very considerate, fun to work with, fast, and did a great job with their craft. The whole team made the process as painless as it could be with minimal disruption to our every day lives. There was never a dumpster in our yard (they hauled away trash and debris daily), and minimal setup that stayed in our yard and garage over night. They also were very fast-from start to finish it took about a month but most of the construction was done in 2-3 weeks. We love the final product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of deck, screened in porch construction, or window replacement.

Excellent workmanship. On time and explained what was being done each day. Workers focused on the job and did a professional installation. Cleaned up when they left. Called to make sure everything was done correctly. Will have them do more work next year on doors and windows.

The project was just fantastic. Everything proceeded like clockwork and the constant communication during the day kept me well appraised how things were progressing. Their attention to detail was obvious by making sure that everything was covered with tarps and all nails were picked up plus all little pieces of debris were also picked up. They left my house looking much better when they were done then when they arrived. Farmer and Chance headed up the crew and did a fabulous job. I would hire them again for any work around my house.

They got there before the time they gave me. Good workers. They did a wonderful job. Found some rot on the roof. Repaired before hand. Cleaned everything up well. One of the few companies I could find to do work on a moblie home.

TL:DR -> you won’t regret using Frey Construction for any of your interior or exterior work projects. I needed some exterior work on our second floor dormers, so I immediately called Frey Construction. We had used them for a 100K+ first floor remodel two years ago, and the work they did then was reason enough not to consider anyone else. The wood on the dormers was prone to rotting due to the way they were built, and I asked Scott what we should do about it. He recommended the Seamless Steel cladding option to protect what was there and prevent further water damage. Everything about the process was easy and straight forward, from the quote to the actual work being done. The final product looks fantastic and the crew that did the work was friendly and polite. I look forward to continually using Frey to improve the quality of our home.

They were awesome. They kept us informed through every phase of the project. They were very punctual and professional. The QUALITY was outstanding. The price was very fair. I can't say enough nice things about our total experience. I am amazed at the wonderful job they did and totally enjoying my new windows and the inside TRIM is unbelievable. They do such nice work. You won't be disappointed.
