Breunig Builders worked with us to find out what we wanted and set a budget. They designed everything and did the work from laying the concrete foundation to building the structure, insulating, drywalling, electrical and extending our air conditioning. They brought in subcontractors for the electrical and air conditioning work. Throughout the process they consulted with us to ensure that the work did not disrupt our daily schedules, which was important because I work from my home office and needed to make sure that there would not be too much noise on days when I needed to be on important phone calls. They also checked with us and helped us decide on colors, flooring materials, doors and lighting fixtures. The final sun porch is roomy, with large windows that let in lots of light. My wife loves sitting out on the porch and reading, and our cats spend a lot of time there too. We've gotten several compliments from the neighbors about the deck and stairs.
