Appointment scheduler when I spoke with her on the phone Friday said service rep would call early following Monday & I would be first appointment of the day. That happened & electrician was at my house at 7:25 a.m.

The service person Ripley was 10 mins early , he was extremely articulate , cheerful , communicative and went above and beyond to make it a great experience . There was no charge to come out there to diagnose whether electrical upgrade was needed for our dishwasher . The total was very reasonable and he didnâ t try to upsell us . Instead he was honest and told us all the possibilities and his recommendation which was the cheapest option . Definitely will check them out when we need our heat and a/c checked as well after this great experience.

New geothermal zoned system installed to replace our aging geo unit. The commissioning process has been pretty disappointing so far. The installer initially mis-configured the zones, so that it was sending conditioned air to the wrong parts of the house and everything was confused. They came back the next day and fixed that, but the new system still is not heating our home correctly. Some zones overshoot temp (uncomfortable when sleeping), and another zone never reaches setpoint at all. These growing pains would not be an issue if the installer was responsive to the problem... but I keep being told (for two weeks now) that the system has to learn that the algorithm will figure itself out.. meanwhile there has been no follow-up and the installer obviously has no sense of urgency to the fact that our home is colder now, with new equipment than it was with the old. We feel like we have been left to deal with it on our own, so I cannot at this time recommend Professional Services, and you might want to look elsewhere.

Everyone was very helpful and patient and very knowledgeable on helping me decide which furnace to get which also means which company to go with. The installation of my furnace went very well. Had a little bit of a noise with the furnace they came And fixed it right away. And they have gone above and beyond to help me was payments and payment plans and coupons I can't think them enough for their patience and willing to work with me and make me a very happy customer.

The team at Professional Heating and Cooling are amazing. They thought of every detail, didn't cut corners and were great communicators from start to finish on the install of our two A/C's and two furnaces in our business. Would HIGHLY recommend their services.

On the coldest day of the year and also on a Sunday, our furnace broke. Within 10 minutes of posting on Home Advisor, I was contacted and PHC was at our home within 1 hour. Fees were upfront and the problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. Definitely would recommend and will be our first to call for further projects.

Mr. Justin Franke, Service Manager from Professional Heating and Cooling, Port Washington, WI, saved me thousands of dollars because of his honesty. I am a senior citizen/condo owner and was told by several companies that my heating/air conditioning system had to be replaced because it was apparently falling apart. Sears and two other companies gave me an estimate of close to $ 10,000.00. One company quoted me half, $ 5,000.00. Finally - lo and behold - Justin told me that my system did not have to be replaced after all, only the heat exchanger because everything looked very good. Being on a tight budget as a senior citizen and after many sleepless nights worrying about future expenses, my total cost was only $ 1,054.00. - I was so happy, I hugged Justin and could not thank him enough for a wonderful job done and saving me a little fortune. - Now this is a company I recommend to everybody. - Too bad there are only 5 stars as a rating; he definitely deserves 10 stars.
