R & R MOVING CORP

This is so unfortunate we have to leave this review. The initial move they helped us with was efficient and great. So we called and asked them to move a shed for us. Unfortunately the movers broke the shed. We understand these things happen and just wanted to file a claim to have it fixed or replaced. So we contacted the company with pictures details twice with no response. The damage includes the doors not aligning because the whole shed leans and screws are ripped from the roof. Also the shed was ripped from the base causing the screws to be ripped through the bottom of the shed which lead to damage as well. When we called to follow up, the office manager said she’d talk to the movers and never called us back. We emailed again to no response. About a week later (today) I called again to follow up and she said the movers said they didn’t damage it and so she refused to start a claim for us. I hate having to post this because I want to support local businesses. That’s why we hired them in the first place! They were not the least expensive but we try to support local and also were assured by the owner if anything went wrong or damage happened it would be addressed immediately. This experience though is unbelievable and it seems they aren’t willing to honor their own contractual terms regarding damage. I really wish I could recommend them but I’d say avoid at all possible costs. Two men and a truck was better than this and that says very little.

R & R Moving made my move so much less stressful than my last move. The movers were friendly, funny, communicative, careful, and professional. They were prompt and hustled as they worked. I also made use of the ladies that pack your items for you. I did a lot of my own packing but I could see I wasn't going to finish so R&R sent their ladies out to finish up and they did a fantastic job. Ryan, the owner, stopped by at the end of the move to see how things were coming along. He chipped in to finish up the boxes. Everyone is so friendly at this company. I definitely recommend R & R Moving to everybody for your Moving needs. They even took away some stuff I didn't want and disposed of it for me. Thanks R & R!!

Movers showed up on time, and magically everything started getting moved out. No problems, amazingly quick turn around. Got our offices and manufacturing room set back up and we were up and running by the next day. No downtime is a huge plus in business! We still call them when we need a big piece of equipment moved in or out. They know what they are doing!

We are in the middle of a stressful home remodel. Late yesterday I started calling to find a company that could move/store most of our furniture for a few months. The gentleman who answered the phone at R and R was *so* kind and helpful. He worked after hours to help me. He said that he would help with the move himself if necessary. His movers came out today - Saturday - and were professional and skilled. We are confident knowing that our furniture will be protected while in storage at R and R. This company has delivered furniture for us before - we bought most of it at Plymouth Furniture so it's nice stuff, and we are happy that they use this company to do their deliveries.

Rusty and Randy were superb! Careful, kind and very professional! They even moved extra things that I wanted out of the basement. They took very gentle care of our china cabinet and helped replaced glass shelving; as well, they helped me install new flooring protectors on furniture that sit on the wood flooring.

We recently moved from Michigan to Colorado and started with quotes from the national movers. Not only were they very expensive, but we would have to share a truck with others and plan on an estimated arrival. We are thrilled that we found R and R...we were their only focus for this move, and they were flexible with our needs. Responsive, professional, and they didn’t break our bank! Five stars.

On time and only billed for the hours worked. They were way under budget as well, which was a shock. I have moved 3 times and will never use another mover.
