The professionalism he showed us while also gaining our confidence in him during several visits to our home was very nice. He explained everything thoroughly while giving us expert advice and the work was done in a timely manner without any inconvenience. I would highly recommend Greg Steger Heating and Air to anyone.

 + -1 moreSteger was replacing the furnace that was installed when our home was built in 1969. They had been servicing the old unit for 20 years and it was time for a new one. We received a fair price, on time installation and good support. We had a humidifier installed with the unit and they were able to locate in a way that it did not make it difficult to walk by the furnace. This was a challenge with the old unit. The installation of the furnace was done in January and they proactively called in early May to schedule the charging of the A/C. Everything is working great so far.

Description of Work: Was in contact with them to replace a furnace. They apparently did a walk through, but never sent us a report. Tried to contact him for two weeks and never received another callback. | |If he was too busy to find time to fulfill the work or was unwilling to complete the paperwork required to conform with the needs of the loan officer then he could have just said so. He did not. He said nothing. And his receptionist was equally helpful. | |I was not charged for anything, and did not pay him anything.
