Brian Niemi Construction

Description of Work: Brian and his crew installed the slab and footings for my 22' x 34' garage. The work included removing a small tree, filling in two feet of recycled (!) gravel (about 8 truckloads) on the back edge, leveling and packing the fill and pouring, leveling and smoothing the concrete. The curbs and footings were included. the job took only 3 days, start to finish. They told us when was the best time to engrave our names and date in the concrete and Brian laughed when our dog, Baylen, added his footprints right behind Brian's finishing touches on the 4' apron at the front of the garage doors, telling me to rinse the concrete off Baylen's sensitive paws. The work was completed faster than I expected, Brian's crew was friendly and cheerfully answered any questions I had. I was very impressed with all of them. At the end of the garage project, I rehired Brian to widen my driveway. He brought in another 22,000 pounds of gravel, regraded the existing driveway to provide better drainage and completed the project in less than half a day. Because I had moved about 2 tons of rock and bricks that had formed a low wall along the edge of the driveway, he charged me about half his original estimate for the additional driveway work. It was great that Brian was willing to let me do the prep work to help reduce the cost. I have already recommended Brian Niemi Construction to a couple of friends and will do so again. Brian and hos crew are fast, efficient, polite and honest. You will not find a better driveway/concrete contractor!
