They were wonderful to work with and their help was also very professional. I was very pleased with the work they did and certainly would recommend Carpet Pro.

I would use them again- they were very friendly and prompt and completed the job in speedy time! Price was perhaps higher than some competitors but I also opted for a sanitizer added to my cleaning to help eliminate allergies, dust mites and pet dander. Only reason I didn't give 5 complete stars was because one spot (perhaps no place would be able to anyway) was unable to be completely removed. But I will use them again for the C.Service alone and the fact that the rest of the area looked like brand new carpet afterwards!
